I am on the do not call list and and tired of these urgent messages   and when you stay on and press one, a man answers and as soon as I say I'm on the do not call list, they hang up. this is harassment

Everyone needs to take the lead (aggressively) in the conversation after your allowed to speak to a person. First question should be: (without allowing then to start with their scam attempt) 1. WHO IS THIS?   Next question: (again before they can completely answer the first) 2. WHAT CREDIT CARD COMPANY DO YOU REPRESENT? Next: ( don't let them answer) 3. WHAT IS THE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY? Next: ( wait for an answer, that could be useful and they just might give that info up if you've frustrated them enough) Next: WHY WON'T YOUR COMPANY ALLOW IT'S NAME TO BE SHOWN ON MY CALLER I.D.?  Next:  Ask to speak to a superviser and start the questions over with them.  If you get through all the questions with the superviser, then ask for a call back number for their legal office for the attorney general to have a way to contact them when you turn them in for contacting someone on the Do Not Call List.  Every minute they stay on the phone with a dead end call slows down calls to others. If all this fails, Cus them like a sailor, be rude, remember, they called you. You don't have to be nice.

Recieved a phone call from this number on Saturday, 25 Feb at 11:09AM PST. Caller chose not to leave a message on my answering machine.

Displays as "credit service". No one answers when you call and the voicemail doesn't say anything, except press "1" to be removed from their list.

This company should be stopped.

When I hit the number either a live operator or a do not call, it does no good. I have received several calls from this same robo-spammer since requesting no calls; when I got a live operator today and asked to be permanently removed from their list, she hung up on me. May these jerks rot in hell - preferably a hell where they are hassled by robo-call every few minutes! (Preferable a call which asks them, "Would you like the fire turned up a bit?" with no "no" option!)

received a call today (3/3/2012) at 11AM from this number but didn't answer since I didn't recognize the area code or number and a message wasn't left so likely telemarketing scam/spam

I've read manyyy of your messages, pretty disturbing SOOOO many comments on this #.
I've also read many of you have said they've called you at NIGHT ... umm that's completely illegal.
Whatever your time zone... they're not allowed to call before 8 am or after 9 pm YOUR time!
Even if it's 1 minute before 8 or 1 minute after 9.
I've gotten a company in trouble for calling me after 9pm!! Watch your time when you answer the phone guys... I used to be a telemarketer... these people are what gave us a bad name!!
Get a name from them if possible. If a customer (you) ASK a question - they HAVE to answer...and it's illegal to hang up on you.... actually. That's why people being funny will keep a telemarketer on the phone...cuz they know they can't hang up!
Get a name from them - if they have an ID #  and a supervisor to talk to IN that call if possible. Turn it in!!

Calls all the time.  Need to stop this.

Received a call from this scam outfit today. Recording was of a woman offering credit services... which fits with other victim reports. The scammers want to get your credit card info - then charge to it - and you will never get your money back.

Suggestion - since the scammers are using a phishing software to make phone calls, and are not a legal operation (just a criminal enterprise) - make a list of whatever numbers appear on your phone, and either block them - or assign them to SPAM with a no-ringer setting. Their calls will just go to your voicemail, and you can dump them at your leisure. Stops the interruptions, and it gives them nothing.

They are rotten, hateful, evil criminals, and yes - they will get theirs. Karma is a b***h, right?

I receive calls from this number often. Today I decided to answer it. At first an automated message came on. I hit "0" to hopefully get to a person. When I tried to find out who was calling, I was interrupted and asked if wanted to lower my interest rate. I began to tell this "person" I wasn't interested and to remove my number from their dialing computer, when I realized the "animal" on the other ends just hung up!

Just someone who said, "card services", and then left the phone off the hook and eventually timed out the voicemail.  The only scary aspect was that, in the background I heard a conversation of what seemed to be someone confirming credit card information.  The number is registered in Garrison, ND, but the caller, and the voices in the background were unmistakably not from North Datkota.  I've been in over 100 countries, and I would guess the speakers to be from the northern part of sub-saharan Africa.

You can save the number as "Exclude" then call wont even ring. You can save 150 numbers on your phone. If you cant save numbers on your phone and you have caller ID dont say anything when you answer the phone, just wait until the call ends.

caller Id says  Credit Services.  I tried calling it. when it is answered there is just silence.
