Does it really do any good to report this? Called my cell phone and no one was there.  Apparently this is a common complaint with receiving calls from 702-751-7510

2 rings then nothing.  I make it a point to not answer #'s I don't know.   Any of the newer phones have address books.....enter everyone you know...THEN DO NOT ANSWER CALLS NOT ENTERED.  MAYBE THIS WILL STOP SOME OF IT!!!!

Rang once then hung up. I called back: "Cathy Lopez from Creative Marketing Solutions... You have won a $100 gift card+$25 restaurant card+$3000 savings book for being a customer of White Castle or Walmart... You're protected by the FTC consumer protection laws...We just need $9.97 for shipping and handling, what card, credit or debit, would you like to use? It can even have a $0 balance." She repeated same message when I asked why I had to pay for a "reward package". I asked if the company might be on the net listed as a scam and that I don't give any cc #s over the phone unless I get the reward first: "No, that's why I gave you the name of the company and my name, too." Told her I would check it out and get back to her.

Then I checked the Henderson NV phone #, found several sites identifying scam involved - including "free try" #s to identify caller, phone fraud and identity theft law firms, "beware" ads offering #s for seniors to avoid scams, lists of 18 ways to avoid charity scams and 15 ways to avoid identity theft - ALL AT A COST. Very funny, a scam about scams - which also listed a # for $7.95 to provide the # of every state's Atty. General's office to file a complaint!

And FYI: Comments like " they called and hung up after one ring" are useless in providing information. Don't post anything if you can't provide details about the scam, the lines used to get cc #s, what the sales pitch is, how much money they ask for. There's no "protection" in knowing the phone rang!

Missed the call on my cell thank God. The number looked familiar on my home phone ID. Lately I have been telling people like these that my brother has died (not really) and please stop calling.
But, Im sure they will call again.

It called my cell for exactly 1 second.  I make a point of not answering calls that are not in my contacts list.  If you are legit, you can leave a message and I will call you back

a solution for ATT cell subscribers
ATT cell phones (at least... maybe others too) let you thru their "Smart Limits," an extra cost feature (~$5/mo), block numbers such as this online. Maybe worth the switch (maybe not).

Replies that state a caller hung up after one ring are helpful in that after seeing dozens of those indicate that it would truly not be someone I know and that it is not likely to be a wanted call.  If everyone waited to post to figure out precisely what it was, this page would have no information whatsoever and people would not be inclined to comment,.

That being said, your answer is obviously the best of the bunch, kudos for your post.

"Hi! This is Julie with Reward Redemption.  We called you because you recently visited one of our affiliate web sites and in appreciation we have a $100 rebate card for you redeemable at popular stores like Walmart, BestBuy, Home Depot and many more.  Press 1 now to receive your $100 rebate card or press 2 to be placed on our Do Not Call List"

    They are Phishing for information.

I pressed 1 and got a live person that offered me $200 rebate card.  I used a fake accent and goofed with them.  She wanted my name and number.  I told her she already had my number because she called me, which she denied.  I continued to mess with her and she scolded me and said I must have too much time on my hands and she is busy at work.  I know the feeling!

This is a small-time operation because I called back and got the same girl.  They DO NOT LIKE have their TIME WASTED!  HA HA.

Called my cell phone and hung up before I could answer.  I understand the point of the ones that are checking lines, but what's the point of just calling to hang up? Perhaps their robocaller has gained consciousness and lacks anything resembling a work ethic.

Cell Phone rang and before I could answer, it disconnected. I wouldn't have answered it anyway because it was and "unknown to me number".  It appears to be from Christian Book Distributors as I noticed a particular book that I was looking for today....showing on the reverse number lookup.

I got the call from 702-751-7510, and a girl left a voice message, telling me that I won $100 shopping card for popular supermarkets, including Walmart, Best Buy, etc.  So I called back.  I asked them about their company name and what kind of programs or surveys I attended and won -- since I was worried that it was a spam.  They told me that the company is" Creative Marketing Solution", and they want to mail me $100 shopping card, $25 dinning card, and coupon worth $2000, but I need to pay the shipping cost of $9.99, and asked me about my mailing address.   I asked them to mail me the reward card first, then I can pay the shipping fee after I receive the card and coupon, but they refused.  Obviously, it's a spam!
