I was wandering if Harry Campbell was trying to call me collect

I was called by this number and did not answer it. A message was left saying its from an inmate the only thing though it said the call was in Tennessee but its a Nevada number. Your phone number whether its a home phone or cell phone number is still public so any idiot can just choose a number and call you. They will scam you big time even if they are in jail. If this number calls back I will not be answering it cause I'm tired of all these scams instead I have been reporting these numbers each time they call or even leave a message. If one of my family members is in jail I will know it cause of other family members letting me know plus they write letters home.

Would like to know who and where.
