These [***] are dogged in their attempt to collect money, even if it means they're calling the wrong person, calling Holidays, which an FTCC 'no-no' and when returning the calls, to try and correct them, they are rude, hang up and are true to their word  "we like to harass people"

So, here is MY suggestion, this is what I do....when the phone rings, caller ID says Curtis, Rash, so I click on 'answer' the phone then immediately click on 'end' the call.   They still bug me, but no one there listens, so this is just easier...

I wouldn't be surprised if it WAS them....Curtis Rash....

This people are extremely cruel collectors. My debt is due to being a victim of a violent crime. Its horrible memory...I had no choice but to receive my medical attention. I'm a good person, and I work hard for my money. I tried talking, and the lady just got verbally abusive. I've gone through two surgeries for something I never asked for!!! The last thing I need is a collector calling and reminding me of all the ugly that happened. I'm willing to work with people on my debts, but I WILL not be talked to so abusing. For those who had great experiences - you got lucky! I'm not afraid of court.

Pay your bills people and you won't have these problems!!!  Take some responsibility for your actions and spending habits.

Left messages on my phone for "alavaro" . I called them back to tell them they called the wrong number.  "kyana" from the company was very rude.  I told them to take my number  off.  Hope they will stop calling

Check the Statue of Limitation in your state. In California its 4 years so if you hadnt made or promised to pay in the last 4 years they cant do [***] to you but annoy u.

i just got a NEW tracfone and NO ONE knows it's a new number for me! i get these calls twice a day and NEVER answer them. Why should i help them find the previous owner! They Suk.

They don't like paying bills, don't care if the mailman sees obvious past-due notices. Who cares what the neighbors think when they deliver [signature required] ominous looking notices of default while you shop? The responsibility is too much to bear. Who cares if the phone keeps jingling sassy dance tunes?

Spending habits take time to develop but accidents, kids, old age ailments and major income loss can happen so suddenly you go into shock and denial for a couple of months.  The day you decide to take charge of your life, Mighty Michele starts berating the wrong person for the last time . . .The cat, the rat and a dog named Rex ate thick, dried out tongue for dinner to commemorate "your actions" with glee.

I thought the Statute of Limitation in California was only 2 years? Where can I look to verify the 4 years?

Collection agency Rash Curtis & Associates in Vacaville, CA

RC&A said they got no record of me.  Experian says they do.  So now you can sue people for    messsing with you.  Any body know a nasty lawyer?

Rash Curtis was added to my chapter 13 bankruptcy and over $3,000 was added to my debt after my plan was confirmed.  Not only that I don't owe the money.  It's for court fees that I paid in full outside of my bankruptcy.  I have the cancelled cheks to prove  I made the payments but it doesn't seem to matter at all.

At 10:39 a.m someone from Curtis Rash 707-454-2010 called and played the song - "We are never getting
back together?"  Kind of cute but not appropriate for a work number

This company called me and wanted to talk to my father. I told them he didnt live here and I asked them what it was about. They told me they couldn't tell me and then hung up. I called them back and got the same answer from a supervisor named Simone. After she wanted me to fax a power of attorney to them without giving me any reason why, she said there was nothing more to discuss with her unless I sent it and then hung up on me.
