707-454-2010 & 866-729-2722 is a cam company who buys old debts, even ones previously paid, and tries to set you up on a payment plan. The reason they do not take your number off their call list is because they re-sell debt. The debt business is a legal scam in America. If you see these numbers, just don't answer. They will eventually take the write off, and sell the fake debt to someone else to deal with. SCAMMERS

This is a legit collection agency. Sort of. No matter if you are the person they are collecting from or not. You will be harrassed and belittled. Threatened and called and called and called. They call me on the number for my business looking for "mackabell" and refuse to stop calling this number. Not a scam, just an unorganized collector that likes to violate the rules like you were their first high school girlfriend.
And much like her, they dont listen.

Actually, my time is far more valuable but I am pecking this out as a rant. If one trys to call them to determine why they are calling me, the can't or won't answer, at  best they hangup, they never leave a message.

After receiving about three calls to my cell phone (two from the 707 area code and one from the 866 number), which I didn't pick up, I decided to check online.  I found this thread.  I am glad I did because I have since blocked their number.  I am debt-free as I buy what I need on a cash-only basis.  I don't have much but I also don't need much.  There is no way I would have a debt for someone to collect

A lady calls me this past Friday at 5pm. Who makes biz calls at 5 pm on a Friday? She asks my name. I ask her, her name and who is she? She offers vague bogus answers. I say " look it is rather odd you are asking personal questions and you offer Zero info as to yourself . I'm not interested in helping you with a one sided conversation. So, she repeats her questions again. I say, " look you are not good at your job, nor are you paying attention. I'm not answering your questions, Goodbye. "

I agree with you. I have no debt. They called about my mom who passed three years ago. Weird. I'd love to know how we can report them!
