THey wanted to tak with my son, jason.  How   why    what is going on?

I just got a call from this number stating my name was given as a reference by someone named agosto marciano, who lives in flushing, ny.  They used my last name but never said what or why this person had given my name as a reference.

In the last year I have received well over 300 calls from [***] like these. I have written down roughly 60 different numbers that they use.    They are usually Credit Card interest rate scammers, Auto warranty scammers, or "debt collection" calls for some unknown persons.
I am on the State and National Do Not Call registries (for 3 years). I have reported these numbers to the DNC folks 3 times. I have reported them to the FCC 2 times. I sent a complaint the Tx. ATT. General 1 time.
I still get the calls at least once a day ( I got exactly 5 this week).
They just change phone numbers and continue "business" as usual.

I to keep getting this call at the strangest time. When I call back I get a person then they send me somewhere else and it is addimated.

They are calling our number and asking for my son in law and were very rude when I said he did not live there, asking me how long I had this number ....first time an actual person spoke, usually just silence..my daughter and son in law have good credit, these people are scary!

Some robbi punjabbi on my voice mail says "This is a message for..." so'n so then hung up.

I recieved a phone call from the new number they are using 832-209-4624 for my son, whom also told me they owe no one the amount of money.  When I called the BBB they told me we could file a complaint if they keep calling, but why call some one who owes no money.

Called from 832-209-4616 and asked for one of our employees. They got his voicemail and called right back but the id read 713-423-1020 this time and the caller id said "REDLINE". They asked for the employee's supervisor who wasn't available and they woudn't leave a message.

My wife recieved a similar call.  i called them back to inform them that thier informaiton was in error and their rep. made it pretty clear that i was mistaken.

i called back for a supervisor - they routed me to the same rep......

anyway - i was able to locate a consumer help number: 877-531-0333      they were very helpful, courteous and - if they really do what they said - should resolve the matter.

i did have to call the number several times prior to talking to an agent versus leaving a message.

I received the call from this phone number and they asked me to check my phone  number and after I did I asked where u call from and they said they can not give me information. What????????????
