I have caller ID and this number has been calling multiple times for several weeks. Never leaves a message. I think this is the same group that called conducting a survey two weeks ago- I asked them to remove my number from their list as I was on the National Do Not Call list and I informed him that in my state we can take legal action if they called again after the request to remove the #. I will report them to see if I can start the ball rolling on the legal action - at least this is one good hting about living in liberal Massachusetts!

Ah ha. I went to a movie two days ago. On our way out, people dressed in Nielsen t-shirts asked if we would take part in a survey. We said yes, and watched a couple of previews in a kiosk and said what we thought of them. They asked for our number and we gave it to them. Got a call from this number today and didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. However, judging from the comments here, this clearly is Nielsen trying to do follow up research. If they call again, I'll answer it.

These lowlifes are spoofing their Caller ID. That is a violation and is against the law, regardless of purpose. Report the garbage to the FTC, FCC, BBB and their local AG's office. You can do all of these for free online. Put an end to garbage

Calls every day.  I have not picked up.

This is the second time in two months I recieved a call from this number.  As soon as I anwered today's call I could hear what sounded like a tape slip and then click off. I also am on a do not call list.

Calls three and four times a day.This has been going on for a month at least. Driving us crazy! We refuse to answer. You would think they would get the hint by now.

This number calls at least twice a day. Now I pick up the phone and hang up. I don't want to deal with this sh**. I just ordered a Telezapper on eBay and can't wait for it to get here!

They have called many times. I've just gone to their website www.datascension.com and have them remove me from their call list. To do this click on 'contact us'. Then page down to remove from call list. All that is required is your phone number, which they already have.

Called saying they were from datascension and wanted to do a survey about movies. Normally I don't mind doing surveys as long as they don't get too personal. Asked if anyone in the 20-29 age bracket, said no. Asked if anyone in the 12 year old bracket. Asked why he needed to know ages and he said just trying to find out what type of movies for different age brackets so I told him I had one in the 12 to whatever bracket.  Then he asked to speak to my kid. That upset me and put me in the mama bear defensive mode. Told him there was no way I was going to let a stranger talk to my kid on the phone and he said he just wanted to share upcoming movie information with my kid and I said no way and hung up.

calling my house at 9:30 p.m. is not acceptable.

Called at 5:10 pm on a Sunday.  When phone was answered asked if there were teenagers in the house.  Then hung up.  I am also on the no call list.  Scary.

Asked series of questions related to bilingual persons in household.

I got two calls from this number today. I did not answer and do not plan on answering it.

Same thing, he had an accent, very hard to understand, I told him that I was on the do not call registry and he said they are just doing a survey.

calls every day and never leaves a message. has called as late as 9pm. we are unlisted and also on the do not call list. guess it doesn't matter.

Called Sunday 09/06/09 At 1245, left no message. Number unknowen to me.

Just received a call from this # on a Sunday afternoon. I picked up but didn't say anything then I hung up. A few days ago I attended a so called Television Preview screening where we were duped into thinking we would have a chance to preview sitcoms pilots and help decide their fate. Total scam. We spent more time filling out market research questionnaires re; "what type of paper towel do you prefer" than answering questions about the 20 year old failed sitcoms they showed us. So I'm guessing that is how this strange 716 compoany got a hold of my number.

they call any day of the week, any time of day. they speak such poor english that you want to pull out their vocal cords. i am contacting my attorney in the morning to press charges against the people responsible.

These people HARASSED me today ON MY CELL PHONE while I was at WORK.
