Received a call this morning. Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number. I looked it up and this website was the first thing I found. Without bothering to listen to the VM they left, I went to their website (listed in many of the posts here) and immediately signed up for the Do Not Call option. They had better not call back or I'll file a DNC registry, whether they say they are exempt or not.

Have now had 13 calls from them since 10 AM this morning. Their dnc@datascension.com mailbox now has 13 emails from me.

Figure that sooner or later the morons will get the message.

calling every day for last few days.  why are cellular numbers now calling as solicitors?

They called for the third time tonight at 10:05 p.m. and said they were conducting a survey on tourism.  I told the woman I was not interested and she just kept talking.

lol sum girl just called me and started to talk to me in french, i only knew a little so then it got complicated so i said "je parle un peu de francais" then she said est-ce que tu parle espanol?" and yeah i spoke spanish so she asked me if my parents were there and i said no and then she said ok bye

Called several times, no message

I am on the national do not call registry and this number calls me once a week. Usually asks me if I speak spanish. I say no and begin to tell him I am on the national do not call registry- he hangs up before I say it and then calls back within a week and repeats the process.

This number has called many times in just a few hours. Most people would consider this harassment! Put my number on the do not call list, hopefully that works...

They called a minute ago. I didn't know who it was, so I looked up the number. After reading these comments, I'm glad I didn't answer it!

Just got 2 calls in a row from a number apparently from Orange County CA.  No message.  I know no one there.

These jack [***] called me on Thanksgiving. At 7 in the damn morning.

The call is from a company called "Data Ascension."  They are survey takers.  To have your phone number removed from their list you need to send an email to: dnc@datascension.com.  At least that is what the recording claimed when I called the number left on my caller ID.

Like others, I got multiple calls from this number this morning that weren't more than 1/2 hour - hour apart. So much for getting any decent sleep. :-(

I went to the link someone here kindly provided to get on their DNC list. Their form requires you to list your phone number (which it verifies) and an email address, which is also verified. (Discovered this when I just tried putting in "na.") When I left the email address space blank, it accepted it.

Their form also requests your name. I left those blank too, hit submit, and got a "your request has been sent" type of window.

They say it's a survey but that was my industry before i retired and something fishy is going on here.

They call me every 3 months or so...I'm on some kind of a panel for Mexican  tourism. It seemed like a bona fide survey except that they made 20 or so attempts each time to reach me and we never made that many attempts when I was working.

I have repeatedly said don't call back amnd the only way I get rid of them is to complete the interview.

But this is important...they just called again and when they asked the "security" question (are you in any of the following businesses advertising, marketing, tourism) I said yes and the interview should have been terminated. There are people out there in competitive intelligence...you must terminate.

This number just called - she had a severe accent and said she was doing a survey for FPL.  Extremely persistant.  I finally hung up on her.  With the AA at the end of her phone number on Caller ID I'm sure she was calling from out of the US.

they just called back--- they ask "how often do you go to the movies in the last 2 months" with a thick accent ----

I said once and they ask if there was anyone else thye could speak with then as me my 1st name and told me thanks

The have a Do Not Call listing on there website in which you can added your information and in about a week, you will received no more call.
