Phone rings 3-4 times ... then it stops ... who or what is this?

Yes, it's a non-solicited call from "Fidelity Proxy".

I just got called from this number and the caller id showed KING D.
Of course I didn't answer.  But, I did get a proxy voting card in the mail from Fidelity and haven't sent it in.

Caller ID says King, D.  Not answering because I don't owe anybody any money and I don't know anyone by than name or anyone in that area code either.

D. King has called 7 days in a row but does not leave a message.

Keep getting calls and no one there

Many calls received, no message. If I answer...no one there.

It is a call on behalf of Fidelity - I believe it has to do with the Proxy vote. They got this number when my husband first signed up with Fidelity. He has not been at this number for a long time. They gave me a number to have him call them - he called and it was not Fidelity.
They call back every day - so I just blocked it.

People are posting it is from Fidelity.  I don't have any business with them but get at least 3 calls on my cell every day from this number....

Calls every few days. The caller ID says "King D". Fidelity doesn't robocall people. This is a scam.

Owned Fidelity for decades and they always call with a live person on the line and for a good reason. Never had them call about proxy votes and would >never< suggest that you vote in any particular way. That last one would be a conflict of interest. My guess is that this is a telemarketer or scam.

Get calls from Fidelity (have no accounts with them) at least four times a day, I answer hello, hello and then they hang up. So sick of all these calls. Getting an unlisted number and if that does not work then getting rid of my landline. These jokers need to be stopped.

This isn't real.  I called Fidelity.  It is a spam .....and the lady I hung up on was angry with me.  Don't give out any information.

We receive 3-4 phone calls from this number every day.  At one point I spoke with them they introduced themselves as Fidelity and that they want to invite my husband to the event.  Three times a day???  I said, we are not interested and they keep calling!  Very disturbing.

They called saying with was some "Federal Crime Prevention" company.

Multiple calls claiming to be from Fidelity about proxy vote. Wanted my email address to send me a ballot. I told them if they were who they said they were they could use the email address on my account. They got annoyed and hung up. I assume they were hoping to hack into my account.

Noody here is allowed to vote and none of us have or use this company. We are all under 18. I have an idea to find them by their server code and hunt them the way they hunt us.
