Yeah, ID says 'King, D' but the one in 30 calls that leave a message says they're from Fidelity and reminding me of some proxy vote.

I have a 401(k) with Fidelity, but I never gave them (nor my employer) the number they're calling.  Also, their calls DO NOT reconcile with any Fidelity proxy votes I've ever dealt with.

I believe this is a scam, considering the fake caller ID and the lack of an actual proxy vote when they call...

Dont know who this is, if they dont identify themselves dont want to talk to them. my number is not public want off their calling list

They call me everyday!

I got the call and they claimed to be from fidelity, The number they called is a new number that I dont use, That employer doesnt have, Fidelity doesnt have and I have never given out. I called fidelity at the number that we are supposed to call and they say its not them. The call from is a Robocall and they are fishing for information. Whats scary is they had my name at this number so they are targeting you and me.

Enough of these auto dialers , i paid   to have a unlisted phone number .. pretty silly when i get all kinds of theses auto dialer things from all over. and , have never ever used credit . no wish to

Have gotten several calls recently asking for someone we do know.  Told them no one here by that name, yet they still calling.

Caller ID showed "King D ". Blocked it

Called and asked for my daughter and son, they haven't lived here for 15 years.

I didn't answer but I don't have Fidelity anything. It was on a week day quite late.

That's quite creepy. They called me today as well but I didn't answer.

Proxy vote my a$$. I don't have any accounts with Fidelity and if this was legit, they would leave a message as to the proxy vote. Also, Fidelity doesn't have a proxy vote because they are a privately held company.

Caller has phoned a few times but has not bothered to leave a message.  If this is Fidelity as reported by a few other people I wonder why they are mis-representing themselves by spoofing caller ID  as "King-D".

Actively trying to engage people and interest by soliciting proxy votes { with an intent to eventually pry out more money for investment } may be symptoms of how poorly the public currently views the financial sector.  The latest antics form Wells Fargo will surely bring additional regulation down on the industry.  Suggesting how people should vote for board members is shady, is the board changing due to impropriety or will a board member change needed to work around pending regulatory changes ?

CID says Fidelity.  I'm not sure why they're calling but they've been calling all times of the day and night.  Tonight I received a call at 9:48 pm.  I've received several other calls from them past 9 pm.

These calls have woken me up three times this week.  At 10:30pm. I am extremely angry. I do not answer and there is never a message. The caller ID says D. King. It is an unacceptable violation of my privacy

yes, it is from Fidelity about whether you received proxy voting ballot.
