Calls at least twice daily, leaves no message

I get this call every day and even at night.  The caller ID says King D.  I don't have Fidelity, so I don't know why they are bothering me.  I did not get a proxy vote in the mail.

I am on the no call list!

it is not innocuous!  I don't have shares of anything and if so important why not leave a message? 100 calls in two  months, innocuous? I believe not...

They call ALL THE TIME and especially around 8 PM. They are jerks. I tried talking to one of them and they kept saying You don't understand. I understand you are a jerk and a con artist.

They call all the time, I never answer, and they never leave a message on the machine.

Received call but no message or anyone on the line..

I also have received numerous calls from this number and they've never left a VM.   The weird thing is I do have Fidelity and have done several transactions with them lately.   I blocked this number and do believe they're a scam.

Pretty irritating!  Calls numerous times a week!

Not sure who it is - I see many say it's Fidelity but why would they call from a non-dailable number? (Tried calling and got "not in service" message...) Also, their inability to leave a message is discouraging. If I ran this "operation" I'd instruct people to leave a 15-second message explaining why we called with a call back #...

To me looks like scam, is their M.O. leaving 'not in service' phone number.

Coulda been Fidelity.  I have a robocall blocker, and whoever called got through that.  I own a few stocks and mutual funds through Fidelity.  They could leave a short message if they take the time to call and get through the call blocker.   Something like "This is Fidelity, reminding you about a proxy vote for stock XYZ, due on mmddyyyy  Please submit your vote."  Why just hang up?
