I had just left Wal-Mart pharmacy when I got this call.

Caller ID said Tennessee, he told that he calls from New York.... When I told him, that he reached FBI and we are trying to locate him, he immediately disconnected.
They use internet to connect to phone providers in the US. After they get the access they modify caller ID.
You can not call him back, because his phone number is falsified.

Please specify who provides your phone service. I got similar calls as above through Verizon and T-mobile. It means that their servers were compromised.

I like the way you handle that, I have to use that the next uninvited call.
The Do Not Call list is absolute useless.   I don't know why the government don't hire a group of people to go after these business  that is ignoring  the " do not call"  law, and fine them....That is how this is suppose to work.
Since  unemployment is at a all time high, they could create jobs such as this, and the money collected from these
companies  could be used to pay the salaries.   Just a thought

This is the second day that I am receiving these calls about a gift card. Yesterday it was from another number. What is the sense of putting your number on the DO NOT CALL list if it doesn't work?!?!?!

They left voicemail, "Congratulations you have $100 wall mark card".
