i keep getting calls from 732-225-6190 when no one when answered. these are the dates and times. 9/25/14-840,7,456,358pm10/2/14-1020am414-502-850pmand today10/6/14at412/443/530pm so far.i wish it would stop. what is the end result?

I got a call from Tornmark compny151  Industrial drive East Eatontown, NJ. The lady supposedly was calling on behalf of the director because he supposedly wanted to meet with me to discuss employment opportunities with me.  I asked her what employment opportunity and she mentioned there was plenty now that the billionaire Warren Buffet has invested in the company. too many red flags people don't be fooled. What I don't understand is that if this company is looking for people to sell their products why don't they just flat out say it and it doesn't waste their time nor the job seekers precious time.

Then your company should be honest if they're so great, not lower me there under false pretenses

Got a call this morning from a Massachusetts number 508-840-6262.  Man by the name of Kevin who said he found my resume on Monster.com (which I have listed as private).  Claimed to be a West Orange, NJ based company that has open positing ranging from management, to sales, etc.   Forcefully tried to get me to commit to a 10am interview nest week.  Total scam!

Total BS!  Just got laid off and put myself out there.  Applied for a job on craigslist and received an instant reply that I "stood out" and they wanted to meet with me tomorrow at 10am.  I said that time isn't good for me so they said maybe next week.  I altered my plans and agreed to meet with them tomorrow at 10am.  Sent me the contact info and it is Torchmark in Eatontown NJ.  I applied for an office manager position.  Thanks for posting all of this!  Very discouraging for us who really want to find a job on the field we have experience in.  Not sales!

got a call from this # and found out what it's about.  Sent an email that I would not be coming to the interview.  Just got another call from a 917 area code, different HR person who said she's from Torchmark.  This is the parent company of American Life Insurance.

I was contacted by Marzella Layton about a position for a company that is Tourchmark subsidiary. She was vague on the specifics but stated their credibility using Warren Buffet's stock purchase. She then gave me an appointment for an interview with Dominic Telemonde at 10 A.M . 732-225-6190 ext. 1805 was her office number and the cell# that contacted me was 732-361-6679. E-mail went straight to spam which ismlayton@ailnj.com. After reading the reviews I am not going and thank you for the insight.

I received a call today from a "Keith", didn't give me a last name, said that Manager, Mark Dombrowski was impressed with my resume, that I qualified for either the Customer Service or Office Manager positions. Claims I applied through Careerbuilders. I did send out  several resumes but can't seem to find the ad I supposedly responded to. I called the number Keith gave me to request a copy of the job description, but I got music, then a recording. Keith gave me an appointment for next week, but I'm considering not going. Doesn't feel right.

They called me and the person stated she was working from home, but when I asked for a contact number to the location, just in case I get lost, she told me that I couldn't speak to no one there but the receptionist and that I had to go through her and she would didn't respond back to my question of what is the company's name until the 4th time I asked, then she told me American Income Insurance, I cancelled immediately, there is no way I would have wasted gas and tolls from Newark to Edison, for a bs sales position.  Thanks but no thanks.  I am glad she wouldn't give me the information, that's what made me research the address. And even crazier, the same company but from the Jersey City office called me today too.

The same exact thing happened to me, she didn't want to even give me the phone number to the location, which is 450 raritan center parkway, suite A, Edison, NJ. I was told its for a customer service or office manager position too. Their office in Jersey City called me today for the same thing and got mad when I couldn't come in on 10/18/16.  It stated on my resume that I am not interested in Sales or Marketing companies, its funny when I cancelled, then she wanted to give me all this information, that I was asking for in the beginning. Do your research, I heard they try to get you to buy some work related stuff to the tune of $300.00 I didn't know I had to pay to work, I always thought it was the other way around, I get paid to work.

They got mad when I couldn't come in when they wanted me too

I got a vm from the same Kevin of the Human Resources Dept. whom I could barely understand...poor English speaking skills.  To top it off, was extremely unprofessional background noise, like a zoo.  Didn't clearly articulate himself and failed to state CLEARLY the name of the company nor did he say what position he was calling about.  SCAM!!!!!  Run, run away.  Said he was given my resume, gotten through Monster, by the Hiring Director who should've been the one calling.  Who the hell is HE then?  Needless to say I've blocked his #.  Besides, my resume is in private mode so how the hell did you get my resume?  Another low life on the totem pole.

Wouldn't waste my time calling back [***]!  Blocking time baby.
