I have received 3 phone calls from 7607058888.  when I pick up no one is there.  iwant it to stop.

Had two calls from this number this morning - one a hang up, one saying "Hello Grandma".  I think it is the scam where someone tries to convince you a grandchild (or friend or other relative) needs money.  I hung up and will not answer when this number calls again.

Caller ID shows a name of "Google, Guy" and the number originating from Escondido, CA.
The telemarketer claimed that a new travel agency, "Highlands Resort" is having a grand opening in Denver, CO and I am one of a lucky few chosen at random to be invited to their VIP guest where I will be receiving a free 3-day 2-night trip for two including round trip airfare. There I will need to sit through a 90 minute presentation.
It sounds like your typical timeshare sales tactic, but they claim not to be selling any timeshares or vacation property. Meanwhile there sounds to be a lot of other telemarketers in the background probably doing the same thing.

Knowing that travel agencies are a struggling industry these days, I knew there is some kind of scam or catch going on here. I told the telemarketer that I am living out of town and couldn't make it to their "grand opening" and also that I was on the Colorado do-not-call list and asked never to call again.

the guy was having phone trouble and hung up my mom called my sister and ask her if her on was in CA and no he was at home so this is a scam

This person keeps on calling me and they called me 7 times in a row!

I have been getting these calls from the above number now for several days now I wish that it stop. Please check into this matter

Just had phone call from this number, wanting to talk to my son.I don't know this number and why in the check does a old sounding lady wants to talk to my son.WE DONT KNOW THIS PERSON OR THIS NUMBER SO FREAKING STOP CALLING US.

My elderly mother (84) got a call from this number, and a young man said that he was in a car where the driver was arrested and he needed bail money.  She played along with it for a minute or two and then said "I don't have any money and I don't have a grandson named Steve.  He hung up on her!!

I've been getting these calls, too, at 4am in the morning!!!!!  How do we get them to stop????

I received a call from  760-705-8888 and it over rode my answer machine setup of 3 rings and ran continuous.  After it stopped it did it again and again.  I called my telephone company since my answer machine is one of their services asked them who they allowed access to my account.  the guy from the Phillipine wrote a service ticket Figures other side of world.  Messed up!!! had to give telephone number name address which they had wrong 100 times and been corrected 100.  I asked do you want my [***] size to and he said yes.  called him a pig.  

My parents received a call from this number - a girl claiming to be their granddaughter (but did not sound like her).  She said she was in big trouble in Germany and was in jail - begging for money to help get her home.  They were smart enough not to believe her, none of her story was believable.  But it obviously scared and upset them at the beginning of the call.  A very cruel thing to do to senior citizens.  

Got a call at 5:30am EST .... Really? WTF  My first inclination is that one of my kids might be calling and needs help...

Someone called my brother in law pretending to be my son, said he was in jail in California and needed my brother in law to send him $3000.00 for bail money.  Also called the grandmother(90 years ofl), who lives in an assisted living home asking her for bail money as well.
My son does not live in California and was not in jail!!  But none the least the whole family was freaking out!!!

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Their operator is selling off-shore software development services at supposed discount rates. They refuse to provide a phone number or physical address when asked (in violation of the TCPA), but will only tell you that their business is based in Houston and that they have developers in Pakistan. This is clearly a scam, and their operators are clearly not properly educated in their obligations when placing marketing calls. Do not provide this scammer any information.

This number is associated with a company called mci worldcom communications. Its a scam because the business (I think) went out of business because of a financial fraud scam in 2005. Don't call the number, don't do anything with it. Ignore it.
