Christie:  If your attorney is dealing with it, does this mean it is a real deal or is he just dealing with the fraud side of it?  It sounds like everyone else is saying to just leave it alone its a hoax, but I want to be sure.

We received this on a fairly new cell # and it really  annoys me and agree with the string of emails - why can't we get to the attorney general and have this shut down - its apparent our govt can't get anything else accomplished maybe they could handle investigation and elimination of these bottom feeders.

I got the same message from # 774-221-8770. Stated I was sent a letter in November and I owed something $2900.00. I spoke with someone that sated his name was Chris Tressider(he even spelled it for me when I ask), I figured the phone call was costing him more than he'd ever get from me. So I kept him on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. Oh gosh we laughed and I ask him everything short of what he thought of western civilization. Later I ask again him again to spell t so I could make sure I had it correct. Poor fellow couldn't even remember how to spell his own last name, he spelled it totally different. I ask him all kinda bull crap. From weather where he was to if he liked his job, did he have children, did he play golf. I even talked him down to only having to pay $150.00 (WOW). Call ended with me telling him to give me some time to think about it but I said "It's been great talking to you, oh and don't call me back, I'll call you." All the time I was on the computer and knew it was a scam. Poor fellow.

Left me a voicemail with a threat of a retreining order I don't have issues with nobody that I know of so is stessing me out to find out who is doing this

I have received two messages asking me to call this number and providing an Affidavit No.  They say there is a restraining order being processed against me.  My 75 year old father has received five of the same calls.

I got a phone call and they also called my Auntie for me, not even sure how they got her number.  Same thing as all the other complaints, telling me there is a restraining order out against me and to get a lawyer and call.
