I just got a call from this number, they hung before I could answer. I blocked the number so they cannot call again.

Block all the calls.

A number showed up as local the first time and I hung up on a man with a heavy accent. HE called again from the 777 number saying he was with allstate insurance about saving me money on my car insurance. I told him I wasn't interested and he went on and on. I told him I was busy and not interested, he still talked so I hung up and blocked his number. pretty sure it's a scam. Somebody needs to do something about all these solicitation calls. Do not call list doesn't work!!!

Obviously spoofed number that attracts fools from around the world to dreamily obsess and post about possible callers.  Since 2007, this trick has worked on the morons and trolls of many nations.
No one seems to get that phony numbers are from phony callers.
