5 minutes later and this damn number phoned me again!

As I have said 5 minutes ago, there has to be a law against this.

Called twice in 2 days (Aug 20/21 2009)- just submitted complaint to national DNC list as I'm registered.

have been called at least 35 times - probably more, but I don't have caller display!  This is clearly telephone harassment, I can't believe that there is no recourse.  I will be trying the various solutions offered here, thanks to all who have contributed.  Healthtek must be one great company to work for!  Having survived the "Kirby Vacuum" indoctrination, I think I can deal with this bunch!

Had a number of calls from 778-785-4259 over the past couple of days.  Same old [***] - no answer and not able to return the call.
Called the Healthtek Enterprises number at 604-520-3565 as identified in earlier posts and the woman asked for my phone number.  I would not give it to them but explained it would not be in their best interests to ever call again.

Some idiot called me this morning and when I picked up the phone, she/he hung up the phone, what a use less loser. Please get a life.

Been getting one or more a day for over a week. Found a listing for HealthTek and called there. They say they dont use auto-dialler but agreed to take our number of their call list. call them at 604-520-3565.

Logic would indicate someone wants to know when people are home and is looking at patterns.

This caller has left voicemails on my phone twice a day for several days now.  There is never any message, but they fill up my voicemail box.

For the past week, I have been receiving these call. Sometime 3 times in one day all spaced out through the day. There is no name attached to this phone number when you do a reverse look-up in white pages, but it does say that it is a Land Line provided by GT Group Telecom - I will try calling them about this, and hopefully get somewhere...

Got so many calls from this number, finally answered them.
They are calling fro SBT somewhere.. I told them we are on Do Not Call list and they said that's how they got the number and they are except from that. WTF??
Then said only need 40 sec to answer survey, ok... after a minute... still going...
Lier, lier.. when I say I need to end this call and please do not call back again, other side just cut the line... What a loser!

I received a call at 6:45 pm oct 14/09 and again at 8:43 pm and no one spoke on the other end so i hung up surely this is causing a lot of people a hassle may be the company that has given this # out should instruct and identify the caller to let them know that they can be prosecuted for using their service under false pretences.

Don't believe those commenting here who claim that these calls are being done on behalf of Healthtek Enterprises.. they are. They are sleazy, bottomfeeders, who use these techniques to prey on people.
They claim they are doing a "survey" and may claim you get a "prize" for participating, then will dispatch a shady salesperson to your home to do a demonstration - and try to force you to buy an unecessary, overpriced, crappy vacuum or air filter. you guys are all a bunch of idiotic morons. grow up you guys are just mad that we make a hell of a lot more money than you guys do. and its direct sales and if it wasnt our company it would be someone elses. the procedure is quite simple to get your name off the list call us say can u please not call us we say for sure just need ur number and name and we do it but if ur rude ahahha we will call u back. we are human beings that do have feels so dont be [***] cause we can be too. but professionally of course. also dont do a survey at ur door or over the phone if u dont want this [***]. good bye and all of u grow up =)

I got a call too. Except I listened and answered the questions. Then they called me back and wanted to come to my house and show me a demonstration. The gift they were giving out was a free vacation voucher so I gladly had them over. The representatives were professional and the demo was fun. I used the voucher for a family vacation in Kelowna. So my dealings with Healthtek were great and I did not have yo buy anything.

I got a free gas voucher and had a nice rep in my house. Just wanted every one to know this company is legiate

Hi, This is for Peggy and everyone else getting calls from this # 604-520-3565 This is Health Tek office in Victoria B.C. they also have one at 226-17 Fawcett Rd Coquitlam B.C. V3K 6V2 . Sadly they have been phoneing me too. They Sell FILTER QUEEN Vacuume Cleaner and air filters. They are very rude people, and sadly I bought a filter queen from them and now it's broken, and they are refusing to fix it, and said i had to pay more money !!. Your are right to deal with them by reporting them.  Please be very careful and do not deal with this company ! They have other names too such as. Enviromental Air Solutions, Easter Enterprise, and Health Tek. The also do busness with Financial company's like Lendcare financial services inc., Nelson Financial group !! PLEASE DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They do sell Vaccumes and air filters, they may want your name, address and phone number to put you on there list eather to say they were at your house doing a demonstration, weather they are lieing about it or not ..it's still none of there busness who you are and where you live. Please take care of yourselfs. AND the lady that is the Manger of Health tek in Victoria, name is KELLY!! SHE WAS JUST YELLING AT ME ON THE PHONE NICE EH. She would not even be quite enough to stop talking to hear what I had to say, she would ask me a question and keep talking , I was not even able to answer her !! She is a very rude woman !.
