how can someone send text messages to people that have no desire to even know what they want.also i have never given my number to these people,nor do i want to talk to them

got a call fron 778-93 about real estate, called them back and got instructions to opt out of these text messages. They said to go to jumpoffer.com and you can unsubscribe. Well, I did it, now see if it works.

I have replied with "STOP" and I keep getting text messages.  I pay per text.
The websites referenced are www.autoweb88.com and www.cashplaceusa.com.  Both have the code 77893.

I just got a text from this number..

I just replied  stop and they sent another text and so I again sent stop and got this message.

"This message confirms that you are not subscribed to any services. For more information, visit http://www.thefinancespot.com"

I got a text from this number this morning advertising www.giftsnow101.com . The 877 # provided says this txt does not have any fee attached to it, and offers another way to opt out.

I filed complaints on donotcall.gov and with the fcc.

i got the same as ^ Urs but replied STOP and they said i was cancelled. :/ we'll see.

I responded with "STOP2043" as a previous text from 729329 said I could use to stop. However I do not know if that will stop them all. I suppose another number and deal will come along. I'm with T-Mobile pay as you go. And I may contact them soon for a live text chat to see how to block them all.

I have been getting texts from 77893. I no longer read them because it uses my minutes. I sure wish it would stop.

I sent STOP back and got acknowledgment and a website www.GiftsNow101.com

i too got email from 77893 and it will not delete from my phone like my other sms do.
