I got scammed on my friends msn, who lives in spain, saying about her dads mum has passed away, but because she lives in spain i just persumed this was a way to get hold of her dads company :/
so far they have scammed me £30, is there anything i can do?

only recieved 1 text saying visit text nation for content.
im worried that ill get all these texts costing me a fortune.

1)   IF I TEXTED 'STOP ALL' WILL THAT STOP MY MONEY BEING TAKEN ?
2)   HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!

hello, my son has apparently text 78878 number and i have now been charged "text service recieved" from 700074131 at £10.00 a time which has cost me over £30.00,  can you please help  !!!

did you find out any infomation as i've just got my son's bill and have the same problem,  has he been abusing his mobile or is it really a scam?

i just emailed gangsterparadise to tell them thst i have had over £25 charged to my bill
and they said they will get back to me within a couple of days i will let u all know
what they say and if i get a refund

I keep getting charged when I call 900 numbers. I really enjoy the talk of sex and it helps me cum but I don't want to pay for it.

I experienced the same thing due to an error of judgement on the part of my daughter.
Having read this post I rang  and had the most unhelpful phone call with someone at txtnation who basically tells me there is nothing they can do to help other than advise me to contact Phone Pay Plus.
The originator of the calls through their service is Gangster Paradise (again).

Try doing something useful like refunding the money to those who have been conned in this way and blocking those users from your site who are obtaining funding in this way.

It really is a scam it has just happened to my daughter and I have emailed the company which sent the texts to demand a refund of the £30.00 charged so far. This is the email address I have sent it to should anyone else wish to do the same.  sales_uk@txtnation.com      

I'm sure the more people who complain the more they will have to do something about it.

I have just found out my son has run up a bill for £60 texting to 78878 after being offered a CAM SHOW after being on MSN to user - emma_camshow@hotmail.com, he is only 16. (Hormones ?) well out of order (No regulations at all ), Nobody is safe. Who is monoriting what happens on the web? NOBODY.  what a scam. How do I get my money back? and how can we stop these scams. Concerned parents.and my son has been severley bollocked. and has to pay this phone bill. Parents watch what your kids are up to!
