The caller claimed that her company represented Con Ed, our local power company, and she promised to arrange rebates on our bill. Sensing a scam, I told her that no way, not at all am I interested and hung up. She called back, repeated the pitch, and left a call-back extension (x4405) but no name.

Got a call from a Marlene at AP&G about a supposed rebate for National Grid for my church. They used information that was out of date, wanting either are former pastor, or the treasurer. I have told various reps like this that any changes to the bill must be made by the church council, and at this time they have no plans to change current billing, please take us of your list. In 3 months I have recieved 13 calls from them, I guess the church is lucky no one is in the building during the week to recieve the calls. They could at least check on-line for the name of our current pastor, because he doesn't like being called a she. I just can't get them to stop calling so currently, I just keep deleting their messages. Rick:)

Kept getting these calls also......a 25% rebate per Alexander in a very foreign voice in the middle of what is a phone room.  Claiming to be from our electric company, yet had old outdated information, and if you are from my supplier---that information would be readily available.  He was slightly irritated that I was the one asking the questions and would under no circumstances provide him with any information.....actually requested that he speak to a man in charge.  Arrogant idiot. It's a shame because I am sure that there are people out there that provide this information and are switched without actual permission. Very underhanded and deceptive.

Received a call claiming our company was eligible for a tax credit. I told the caller that the person he had asked for was in a meeting and to leave me with a call back number. 800-210-9011 ext 2064

Calls from 800-210-9011 are from American Power and Gas.  They start off like they are representing National Grid and want to apply a "rebate" to our account, but have to verify rate class.  Really?  National Grid doesn't have to verify anything,  they already know your info.  But when pressed further the caller Jared says he is from American Power and Gas.  My boss had already spoken to someone and this is to get you to change energy providers.  THIS IS A SCAM.  Google American Power And Gas and see how many people say that initially they paid a lower rate for the first month only to have their bills go up higher than they ever were with the previous provider.  

Message on answering machine said the were from "APG" and to call back with my electric bill in hand re "rebate on the electric account."

This Number is NOT affiliated with National Grid ! Please don't fall into the scam.

Received call from 1-800-210-9011 ext 5548 Mr Deker and wanted to speak to the person that handle's the bill I asked are you looking to change rate or about payment (I know bill is up to date) he said "have him call me and have the bill in front of him, he will know what its about."  RUDE. These people are phishing and rude. Why would anyone want to do business with a company that has rude telemarketers. Not falling for it. Everyone, please call your current provider and ask them if there is an issue.

Received a call from 585-360-1101 they said to call 1-800-210-9011 said he was Ryan and was from National Grid and had a rebate check for me after I inquired why National Grid was not showing upon caller ID he changed his story to being part of American Power and Gas and was working for a supplier. I asked for a callback number 1-800-210-9011 Ext 5501

Same thing just happened to me. Fortunately I couldn't find my bill. Don't give out your ID numbers!

Keep getting calls saying there from duquesnse light and they have a rebate check for me. The number they called from today is 724 419 2232 on caller id it said aluqippa, pa,  But gave this 800 number with extension   5545 to call back. His name was Zach very pushy today. Has my name and claims to have my account number said urgent something about my meter is about
To be read again.... I dont know but I didnt trust them the first time they called. Decided to google the number and found all these complaints. Thanks

Some woman called saying she was from 'National Grid Customer Choice". She states we were entitled to rebates for our gas service. I asked her what rebates, and she then gave me a song and dance explanation. When I told her we don't use National Grid and what was she talking about, she tried to get me to give her more information. I told her to try and scam someone else and hung up.

138 PHONE CALLS LATER. The young man that called here today was Will. He's been calling for about a year, everytime he calls he's told that they the person he's trying to reach is unavailable... but he never gives up. 138 phones calls and its EXTREMELY URGENT every time. Hmmmmm, if something was that urgent, you'd think something would've gone down by now. OMG

Next time Will calls, tell him you "think" person he wants is now on (provide non-emergency number of your State Police/FBI office) and Will should try there; if he calls back, say X is on under-cover operations, so they'd probably deny but he should keep on. See where that lands him & his pesky behavior.

Had a phone call, Lynn said was that she must speak to the Pastor, it is an emergency.  She would not leave a full name and could not be explicit about the matter of the call.

All she left as a message was "PSE&G Bill. As soon as possible.  Call 1-800-210-9011 x 3413."

We keep getting calls from these fools.  The guy today told me that I had to get the owner and get him in a 3 way conversation.  He kept talking over me.  I hung up on him and he called back.  I finally told him that there was no way he was getting past me to talk to the owner.  How can I report them for harassment?  1-800-210-9011 x 5131, Jared.

Our company has been receiving calls from this number... the guy is always so rude, and super pushy.  He never gives a company name, and won't tell me anything about what they want, other than wanting to speak to the owner/accountant.  Tried getting me to give out my boss's personal number... noooo thanks.... I smell BS.

Repeatedly calls our business saying we enrolled for a program with them, we did not and we have asked them to stop calling multiple times. We tried to explain that we have not signed up for their services and we do not want what they are selling but they refuse to listen and speak over us and even attempt to argue with us to reach the owner, who refuses to speak to them. We have had multiple people from this company call us and each one was extremely rude. They tried to tell us that if we look at our Duquesne Light bill they are mentioned on there and we have a rebate. I even called Duquesne Light and gave them the information and they said to refuse to speak to these people they are a scam. The callers from this number have now somehow obtained the owner's cell phone number, so they say. They will keep calling every couple of months and again try to get to the owner without saying who they are or who they work for. All they will say is APG and refuse to describe the business or give any other information other than "they need to speak to the owner". The last person I spoke to was Claire and she gave me the phone number of 1-800-210-9011 ext: 4847 for him to call back. Not going to happen.

"Gloria Daniels" called from 800-210-9011 ext 4616 on a day I was out and my boss leaves me a note to "call her asap" and I am already pretty sure it's a scam and then I look it up on line and sure enough - tons of people have notified everyone that this number is bogus.  Sorry Gloria - I've got real work to do.  Oh yeah - they said they were from PPL.  NOT.
