I have been getting calls from 877-435 4009 who claims to be a debt collector.  I spoke with a Russel who did not identify his last name and won't tell me what the call is about, nor what MBROI is.  He sounded annoyed and continued to aggressively ask what my date of birth is.  I said I would like to speak with someone less intimidating and hung up.  What is this MBROI??  If they are legit, they should give their personnel better training.

You people are so damn stupid. This is a collection agency. Pay your damn bills and quit whining.

Pay your medical bills people.. This is a medical billing collection agency and they have to verify info due to HIPPA. Read your notices and understand the laws. They can not release any info as to why they are calling or what for unless they are sure it's the right person, which unfortunatly involved last four digits of SS or DOB.

I keep getting lot's of  calls from a company with this phone #800-234-1357. They Stated that they were calling from MBROI.  The calls  come from morning untill night.  How can i get them to stop.

I received a call from MBROI at 800 234 1357 and was upset to hear they assume I am in agreement that I owe money to their client if I listen to the message they are broadcasting after having called me.

I looked up the number on Google and learned it is the Medical Bureau of Economics in Worcester Mass. I also learned it is primarily a Medical Debt Collection agency. I owe no Doctor or Hospital money and am also learning they have a perfect Better Business Bureau rating.

Judging by the number of complaints I see on line people need to start calling the BBB and making complaints not only to the BBB but to the Attorney General of Mass. I am discovering Mass has some of  the finest legislation on Consumer Rights in the USA. They have good state laws and their laws have real teeth!

Please take the time to report these unsavory practices. If you persist in reporting this behavior it will stop.

This company is calling and leaving messages to collect a debt from a person that lived at my address previously. they must have done a reverse address lookup to get my number.  I will be reporting them to the FCC since I am on  the do not call list and I have never done business with them.

Man called, said his name was "Ed Smith" when I asked.  When I asked where he was calling from he said "Cleveland".  So then I asked who he was calling for and he said, "I've already given you that information."  Refused to give me address, company name, or reason for call.  It was very creepy.

NO ONE will intimidate me to give MY PERSONAL information over the phone, totally BS!!  In this day and age of scammers and they want me to give my personal info over the phone?  No way, no how, they can send me an invoice, I don't care WHO is calling me!!

Got a call from this telephone number saying they are collecting a debt.  I do not have any debt.  What is this?????

this phone number keeps calling me and said they were an agency that works with my internet provider and put me on hold then a foreign guy gets on the phone and  said "we are detecting a extremely bad virus coming from my PC" then he proceded to ask me for my date of birth, social security number and credit card numbers. I said I dont' provide this over the phone and to stop calling my house or I was calling the police & I hung up

I received a voicemail on my cell phone as well and called back and hit 2 on the dial pad and they asked me was I another persons name. I said "no u called me and said my name". His reply was "oh well we meant someone else" then he asked me do I know the person he is looking for? I did but I replied with no because they already got my attention as being very unprofessional or a scam!!!!!!

This is the same thing that happens to me. They want me to tell them while telling me NOTHING

Received a call from this today. They wouldn't give any information about who they are, nor would they say why they were calling,so I wouldn't give any information to them

They called saying they were from a debt collection agency.  Asked for date of birth but would not give it to them so they said they can't discuss the matter of the call.

I replied to a VM left form this number and the 1st thing they wanted me to enter my home number which I did. When I asked who the company is, the rep wanted me to give my date of birth but I refused it for security reasons. The rep was very rude and simply told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. He/She acted as if they are a form of  a god. I don't give my Personally Identifiable Information on the phone and especially when the company refuses to tell me who they are. Someone help see if this phone number can be reported to the collect government agency to protect people like me.

I got a message that it was from a correctional institution.. I don't know anyone in jail...
