A very nice rep called me, verified my personal information, as per HIPAA regulations, informed me that I have a debt with the company that I did business with July 2016. He confirmed my address and  I confirmed to add my unit number and that is probably why I hadn't received a bill. He was very professional and confirmed he will be mailing me a bill that I will be more than happy to pay.

Someone  from this number keep vslling me and threatening to come to my home and arrest me. I haven't done anything that would warrant this behavior.  I haven't broken the law.

collecting a debt from 3 years ago? I don't remember it.

Received a call from this number today.  Asked me for my DOB and address???  I replied "If you are saying I owe you money than you should have that information."    I refused to give them personal info and told them they need to send me info via certified mail.  I suspect this is a scam....

They leave a voice mail saying we are trying to reach, there is never a name left. Then it says if you are not, once again no name. If you are so and so, again no name is mentioned, please stay on the line. Then it disconnects, I refuse to call them back. I will answer next time, to see if I get the same response as others have stated on this thread but I will not give my personal information out over the phone.
