i told the guy who called to stop. that they called four times last 24 hrs (3 times in an hr) and he started crying.

Caller asks to speak with me by name, as the caller id just has their number and no name i ask them who is calling before answering anything, they identify themselves as Global Marketing Research Service, i start lookig them up on the web and the guy gets impatient with me and tells me to "be stright with him" and I tell him to go f himself, i didn't ask him to call me in the first place... lol.  
They say they are conducting political research and not trying to sell me anything but they are trying to sell me a new politcal candidate with their crafted sentances and help the candidate tailor their campaign based on survey responses.  so f them!

I love that you found his numbers.  Left messages on his office phone and his cell phone as follows: "Hello Anthony, I am calling from Global Marketing Research Services, we are not trying to sell you anything but just wanted to ask you some questions about an upcomming politcal ellection in your area.  Don't worry, we will call back again.  Thank you."

I registered for the Do not call, and I am receiving multiple calls a day from these people who dont say anything............

Someone from this number keeps calling, even past the time that solicitors are allowed to call. They don't leave messages. I am on the Do Not Call Registry, I shouldn't continue getting calls like this.

Within 8 minutes they have called us twice tonight.  Funny thing, the butt heads are calling our fax machine.

SO, thanks, Frank, for providing the information to contact Anthony. I left him a message and told him I guess it's about 9:15pm where he is, and that I sure hope I don't have to try and call him again, about removing my number from his 'list', 'dialer', whatever the heck else he has, and to not call me again. I will report this number to the worthless Do Not Call List. Our government put that worthless thing out there, to try and convince us that they are actually doing something!! I have yet to get a response from DNC list that says anything other than, 'no action being taken'. Really???? You aren't taking any action??? How surprising!!! NOT!!

I keep getting calls from this phone # and do not want to be harrassed or called by this phone # anymore.

They left no msg so I called them back and got regarding that they do political and market research.  They say they are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry.

They call 5-7 times a day.  When I answer there is nobody there!

Received a call from this number this morning and nobody was speaking. This afternoon it called me again and I ignored.

Received yet another call from these idiots.  Never answer them, but sadly my daughter did today.  She spent over 15 minutes answering political questions.  So I guess that means I'll be back on their list, even though I've been on the Do Not Call List since it first came out!

I had 9 missed calls from this number tonight.  They were coming in every 30 minutes or so.  Last one was at 9:18p.m.  No messages were left.

Just added the stupid number to my auto blocked numbers. Their machine can talk to my machine lol.

they call and hang up when I called back a machine says if you want your number taken off the list please tell the person who calls you....well they never talk just hang up and I would like this to stop

Just received phone call from 800-251-5850. Caller ID lists caller as a series of numbers, possibly callers Skype account. I too am on do not call, and suspect spammers are using do not call list as a source of numbers to call, like they are daring us to track them down. Would love to.
If it is a crime to create false alarm calls to law enforcement, and fire, why is it not a prosecutable offense for them to make these calls. From now on, if you answer these calls, maybe we should all ask them to call us back at our "other" number, and give them the number of your local police department. or your local politicians office. Maybe then someone will address this issue.

Who is this and how can I stop them from calling?
