today 18002568964 call me, she said I owe cibc money! I dont think so! i called to cibc but they cant find it in their system! How can I do? Should I need pay? I want see bill or statment!

Credit Bureau of Canada Collections contacting on Behalf of CSF Receivables Management.  CSF purchased ZOMBIE Debt from Cash Store Pay Day Loans and is attempting to collect.
DEMAND PROOF OF DEBT IN WRITING - Your actual signature on paper signing for said delinquent debt.
I don't believe these to even be legitimate debts - Just old files purchased from a company (Cash Store) coming out of Bankruptcy.
These debts will be put on your credit history with incorrect dates to make them live longer than the statute of limitations
If they cannot provide you proof of the debt - report them to the Better Business Bureau, Equifax and Transunion.

Third party agency do not need to provide any back up. Come on you need to tell me that you do not remember getting a cash loan and not paying it back.. FREE MONEY... really?? The bottom line is ... we are here to help you with your debts.. no one brags that they are in collections.. this is really embarrassing being in collections..
To be honest with you and think about it.. who wants to call wrong numbers??? We do not get paid to call wrong numbers....
If you account is in a collection agency it actual works out in your favor. You can settle the account; which means you can "MAKE A DEAL". Some account can be settled for half the balance. Remember to always get your settlement in writing.. some agency cannot be trusted.. and always get your release letter once you have paid of your debt... this is your proof that it has been paid..  get them to email it to you....

Does not matter what company you deal with. You will get your good collectors and so that are not so good. All collectors are licensed and if you are not happy with the treatment, put in your complaints.. that is your right.
But wrong numbers.. let them know so they can remove the number. But keep in mind that if a new account comes in; you will need to call advised them that once again they are calling a wrong number. What you should be doing in to get a brand new number not a used number.
Dealing with debtors.. they are smart they will change there phone number; once a collection agency has found them... they prefer to pay $25.00 to change their number than deal with their debts... so really collection agency do not want to call wrong numbers... it's the number that comes in the office and to be honest with you.. some of these accounts are really old. Our job is to get debtors to pay their bills... we have to convince them that they need to need to pay their bills... pretty sad right??

You work for them don't you?  Don't believe his false information. They have no power, they buy old debts that they are not legally allowed to obtain. statute of limitations states any claim not filed within 2 years is no longer applicable. After 7 years this must be removed from your credit.  Nice try, though. File a cease and desist order and they have to legally go away or you can file a claim against them.

Pretty sad indeed, parasitic leeches the lot of you. Instead of crying butt hurt why don't you go get a real job. I have more respect for a used car salesman. People come on hard times and sometimes have to file for bankruptcy.  Your [***] hole collection company still calls. Do yourself a favourite and feck off!
