Last week I received a voice message requesting a call back regarding my account.  I called back and they asked me what my account number is.  I explaned to the person that I was only directed to call this number back to discuss my account and I have no idea what account they are referring to.  The person asked me what my phone number is and then ask me if I was Ms. ________.  When I said, "NO" said they had the wrong number and hung up.

This week I received another voice message and called them back again.  The person on the other end asked for my Social Security Number.  I told him "I will not give you that over the phone" and he said, "then I can't help you" and hung up.

I have received calls from this number before and they wanted me to refinance my car loan through them instead of the excellent credit union I got my loan through. I declined them and asked to be put on a no call list and now a few months later they are calling again. Don't answer this number.

Please stop them from repeated calling my cell phone and now as well my work #.  Nothing is dilinquent with them that I'm aware of.

Answer the phone and ask them to place your number on their do not call list.  It may not stop the calls, but doing nothing isn't stopping them either.

These people called 6 times today. We never answer calls from numbers we don't know. The posts above sy Wells Fargo, well we have never done business with those people and never banked with them either. We are not late on any bills either so these people need to screw off and go bother someone else!!

That is stupid. Why would I answer a Number I don't Know? If its important Leave a message. Otherwise they are most likely telemarketers or someone looking for a person Dumb enough to give them their acct # or SSN.

This number calls my phone at least 10 times per day.  I want them to stop calling my personal cell phone.

I don't even have ANY accounts at all with Wells Fargo???

They keep calling and I keep watch Caller ID and won't 4 times this. How many times will they call next week?

They call several times a day even 8 am on a Sunday morning!! Please tell us how we can get these stopped

These callers have "spoofed" the caller ID to make it appear that the calls are from Wells Fargo, or other legitimate firms.  Just ignore them.

If your cell phone has an option of putting a unique ring tone to a phone number, do it.  Assign the same ring tone to all callers that you do not want to answer.  Then,  when you hear that unique tone, you will know the call is from someone you do not wish to talk to or answer.

Stop calling me!

I get this call all hrs of the night gets ridiculous. I dont answer cause if it is Wells Fargo I do not have an acct with them or anything to do with them.

What kind of moron suggests you answer the phone call? I mean come on, why answer a number you don't know? And NEVER give out any information to anyone on the phone. You don't know who you are dealing with. I always say, if you don't know the number, don't answer it. Pay ur bills on time and you won't have to worry about bill collectors calling you.

They are driving me crazy!  Calling all the time, then hanging up.  I can't take this while I am working!  I too, work in a Call Center.  They need to stop!

Try not typing in all caps. It is difficult to read and irritating at best.
