READ YOUR STATMENTS, pick up your phones and pay your bills lol. Most common situation. You pay your bill past your due date and charged fees. Dont ask to get it waived. WF will denie it. Its not a wf error its your fault for not paying your bills.  If you dont answer your phone and pay your balance will go up, interest will crude after your interest term is up that crude will be dropped on your bill and you will pay double everything because you people don't pay your bills. Then you dispute and we transfer to a different department that handles your problems lol. Believe me

Repeated calls to my cell with no message being left

Firstly, these people are not our friends, thus the not answering part. Secondly, even my friends leave a message as to why they are calling if they would like a return call.  If this were a business, i.e. Seems they would have the courtesy and professionalism to do the same instead of harassing people.

Getting calls from this number everyday and I am on the do not call list.  If this is a scam, it needs to be put to a stop!

They may be wells fargo but I do not have any business with wells fargo, no have I never had business with them so it is a SCAM. I get calls all the time.

This SAME number calls me as well, when I answer they hang up EVERY TIME!! Very annoying. It is calling my work phone! I always answer saying my name too!

Calls several times today- no message left. I tried to answer once and got no response to my hello. See where someone stated this is Wells Fargo collections. If that's the case, my bill is not past due so I don't know why they'd be calling.

As his wife, I answered this call at 8:00 am this morning. Caller ID this as Wells Fargo. She wanted to speak to my husband. I asked what it was in regard to. She asked who I was and said she was looking to see she could speakto me.  She said my name was not on the account. WRONG. I told her if she could not speak to me or tell me the business, then not to call my number back. I am also reporting this number to my WELLS FARGO BRANCH.

everyday all day I keep getting calls from this number for weeks now.  Will not leave a message no response if I answer.  Want them to leave me alone

I have no late payments either and I don't deal with Wells Fargo anyway.  They have been calling twice a day but I have blocked the number but it still does ring once!

This is a legitimate cal from Wells Fargo, but their system is screwy. And may not answer when YOI answer.

My phone screen shows that the call is from Wells Fargo. A robo voice says they need to talk to me and if it's me to press one otherwise press 5. We recently paid off a loan with Wells Fargo and talked to a live person when we did it. I have  a statement showing that the account is fully paid, so I know there's no reason for a collection agency to call me. I'm not stupid enough to press buttons when a robot tells me to, so I hung up and stopped answering the calls. They still are calling several times a day.

They call repeatedly throughout the day, everyday. I believe the calls are for my dad but they have the last name and first name switched around. Plus they have added an extra letter to our last name, which actually makes it a woman’s name. My dad is a senior citizen and would not really understand what they are talking about. I handle everything for my parents but Wells Fargo has refused to talk to me. We went to our local Wells Fargo and they have no idea what the calls are about. He did answer once, did not understand what it was about and just hung up.

Getting calls from this number all times of day and on weekends

Received a call stating they were Wells Fargo.  Said we had not made our full payment.  Wanted bank of card information to finish making the payment.  Knew we were not behind so I hung up.  Bank said it was a scam.  Called the number later & got a Wells Fargo message that said to enter account information to make payments.
