they keep calling my mom takes a message they tell her this is kevin have her call me back at this number 18002873130 my mom says in reference to what and they say we need to talk to the client well i am not their client I have never heard of VANTHUS CAPITOL so they wont be getting no call back from me. To top it off the number the guy gives my mom for me to call back isnt even the one that comes up on the caller I.d.

they keep calling all the time since I got my cell phone 1.5 years ago. i keep telling them I am not John who they are looking for, they say Ok will remove you from the number only to start calling back a couple of days later. Very annoying.

At least 7 to 10 phone calls per day for over 1 year. Several times they were told to cease calling this number because the person they are looking for is unkown.

This number calls for a Stan. There is no Stan here. I have asked to have my name taken off there list. I have no debt. There is NO STAN and the call 3 to 4 time a day. Quit wasting my mintues.

Caller id reads Vanthus capitol. It is actually Credit Control,LLC. They are a collection agent for Credit One Bank N.A. or LVNV Funding LLC.

They called here for my son. I tried to tell them he does not live here and they hung up on me. I call back and they hang up on me again. I called a third time and the guy that answered told me they removed my phone number from the records. He did not hang up on me. This is a joke for customer service skills! I wouldn't pay them one cent.

Called me once at 10am then four more times from 2:25pm-3:22pm! No message left. We have a strict no cell phone use pollicy at work the [***] could get me fired!

Leaving messages on my cell phone. Good luck though, I've got my phone set to "Do Not Answer", so it doesnt ring or even alert me of a missed call. :)

Lavonne called and asked for someone at this residence who wasn't home.  She said she was from Credit Control and was calling about a personal business matter.  I asked her what the company name actually was.  She said Credit Control is a valid company name.  She left her number to call back as 800-204-3612 x 1246.  After reading 3 pages of posts from this phone number, I believe they are trying to collect on something that was already paid off and past the statue of limitations to collect, bottom feeders as one person put it. I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL AND NOT CALL THIS COMPANY BACK.  If they have a legitimate reason to call and want to collect past due money, they can send you something in the mail.

They are a collections company.  And like all collections companies, they will call any number they have relentlessly. Again, BEWARE, IF YOU OWE THEM MONEY THEY CAN SEND YOU SOMETHING IN THE MAIL LIKE LEGITIMATE COMPANIES DO.

800 281 1671  calls all the time and hangs up.

That's how most collection agencies work. There is numerous different telephone #s to get to the same department. The do that so they can track how many people call the # on their statements, or from the caller id, or from leaving a message with someone else.

They do send me statements in the mail. They have a hospital bill that went to collections for me. And it's only a couple of years old. People on these sites are so misinformed. They like to lie, because they don't want to pay money that they owe. So they go "These people were mean to me... These people called me early in the morning... So now I'm not going to pay them" Awww poor babies!!! Just get over yourselves.

Actually, Ashley, the people on this site are exercising their rights.  This company does not operate ethically and while you may have a valid debt I can assure you that these bottom feeders are buying up so-called 'bad debts' since they think they can scam and threaten people into responding by repeated harrssment.  They are doing this to my retired parents who have immaculate credit and have never left a bill unpaid in their lives and they are scared of them...they are sickening.  Stop being so judgmental and full of yourself.  Let me guess...you're 20 something....

Calls my house they sound drunk or high. never say why they calling just about credit . very strange people. i want to stop this.

This number has been calling me over and over for several months.  They will not identify themselves nor state their business.

I am bipolar and this morning they finally triggered me when they called me a loser.  So far, I have called their 800 number about 40 times.  I have called them every name I can think of, told them to learn to speak English, and get a real job.  I started asking questions as soon as they answered  --  How much do you make, what did you report on you taxes last year, where do you live, why can't you speak English.  I actually made one of them cry.

When he cried, I ask him, what's wrong?  Don't you like somebody harrassing the hell out of you every two minutes.  Neither do I.  

Now I have blessed silence on this beautiful Saturday morning.  Try it everyone, you will like it.  Everytime you use their 800 number it is costing them money.
