They are even calling government issued cell phones

I just sent them a prayer request on their website saying that my email address was donotcallme@everagain.com and basically told them they sucked. I feel better.

I just got this weird message from somebody saying they would pray for me and that I'm on their "prayer list"???  I never signed up for this.  I tried calling the number back and it prompted a message saying, "sorry, but you're call can not be completed".  How the hell am I supposed to get my number off their list if crap like that happens?

Just called me on a Saturday at 2:18 pm EST.  I pushed answer by mistake then immediately hanged up.  I am in the Do Not Call directory.  If they call me again, I will send them to the voice mail and if they leave me a voice mail I will file a complaint with FTC via do not call.  By federal law, robo call are prohibited to cell phones.  Unsolicited calls to a phone in the Do Not Call directory with no recent business relationship or with recent business relationship but after you asked them not to bother you is subject to a up to $16,000 fine per violation.

Just received this call on my cell phone and was left a VM.  Some whacko ranting on about religious stuff.  What's a bit irritating is that he addressed me by my first name.  My number is registered on the "Do Not Call" list.

Eddie I liked the message also.  It is some what comforting to think that someone actually knows you are going through rough times and you need someone to pray for you.

NO you dont get a message to remove your number anymore.  It just says "sorry you can not leave a message."  so now there is NO way to get rid of them

Well do any of you have smart phones, Androids, etc w Youversion bible app, Grace to you app, or Our daily bread app?.. Because I have all three and only got this call shortly after installing the Grace to you app.. let's find a common denominator here, reply if you have any of those

My husband and I got this call on our cell phones. We never give out the number. My husband called the number back and found out it was Jordan Prayer Closet. I really feel violated that these people got our cell phone number that we don't give out. Also, they must change their phone number because there are similar complaints listed at another number registered to this company.

Filed a complaint on line with the FCC. Really, too easy. That's the only way to stop people who invade your privacy when you're on a no call list.

I want this call not to come to me on, my cell or on any numer.

we should all go to the website, use the same name and bogus address/phone number and put in a prayer request that such unwanted phone calls stop. lol.

and just because it is a ministry does NOT necessarily mean it is non-profit.

ok, so i did send a prayer request. used a bogus address 666 el diablo...lol...and used their phone number. i requested that they pray for telemarketers to quit harassing people, that god doesn't need that kind of help and it only makes him and his son look bad. lol.

i don't think manasseh jordan ministries is non profit...
the information at the link below (which was updated last month) says the non-profit organization out of texas is "inactive"
