OMG, the “testimonials” in support of these scammers are so ROFL, embarrassingly phony! I was wondering what political campaign managers do to make money between elections. How stupid do they think consumers are? Wait a minute, we already know what their opinion of us is…
A woman at this number left a VM on my cell, asking that if the RV (which I listed on Craigslist) was still available, to call Kevin at x229). I knew this was a scam, since I had received several pushy VM's about the RV from similar “companies” in Las Vegas (702-362-0082 & 702-990-7883), even though I always specify not to contact me for commercial purposes.
I called the number, just to see who answered, and their VM greeting identified the company as NVM. I searched and this is a company in Omaha.
I had some of these scamming operations call when I had a truck for sale in Auto Trader a few years ago, also.
As is the case in every other aspect of modern American culture, rules and common courtesy mean nothing to these types of bottom feeders. I almost felt sorry for the woman leaving the VM, as she sounded moral, and may not have understood what her job entailed (or she was a very good actress :)).
The bottom line is that these boiler room operations are unethical and dishonest right from the start, by virtue of violating the no commercial contact provision on Craigslist, and they are just another unnecessary middleman scam, clogging up the gears of life and commerce. The best ways to put them out of business are to expose them on reporting sites such as this one, and to just refuse to throw away good money for no reason, especially in today’s difficult economic times.

Ask the Classy solicitor for 3 references that are local to your state.  Actually call these people to check just a couple of things: 1.Did Classy Auto actually sell the vehicle? 2.Did they help in financing the vehicle? 3.Would they deal with Classy Auto again?  I checked and in this way quickly eliminated dealing with Classy Auto.  It's Shody Auto in my book.

They called me and left no message whatsoever.  One thing that kinda pisses me off about this is that I never listed my phone number with ANY ad i placed on the internet...  This is the second company that has tried to sell my on this and guess what, I ALREADY SOLD MY CAR!  lol stop calling me I don't want any.

Lazy trolls cruising the Craigslist and Auto Trader adds trying to pitch their services to sell your car. The thing that really pisses me off is that I stated in my add the following statement: PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME TRYING TO SELL MY CAR FOR ME. These morons can't even read.

Yes it is another solicitor, their product as Auto trader sucked (5 scamer even from Medina S Arabia  bunch of somalis  and nigerians joint forces look like) i havent had a single call from CarFAx nor auto trader, Craiglist rules much better then  Ebayand anybody else who out there trying . All i got to do is to use commun sense.

Meet your client at their bank, and make sure to get the cashier ck indoresed from the bank it self  not from the buyer  and deposited in your acct # waited 10 day's  making sure even their bank had no flaws  the i delivered  my car everybody is happy.

PS : have a bill of sale "AS IS "  ready , take a coppy of DV lisence  of the persone you are assigning the vehicule too. They alway's said they are byuing it for them self usualy is a whole sale dealer.

    USE COMMUN SENSE!!!

These people call you while you are selling your item, they and say "we can sell it for you". They try to get you pay them to list it on ebay where you can list yourself cheaper. They say they can sell it 1-4 weeks but wont promise it.

They call everyone that has a car listed any where on the internet. If you want to sell your car call the guy at www.HaggleMe.com
He sold mine in less than one week. NO charge to me!!!

I was also harrassed with their poor solitation tactics. The guys VM was virtually verbatim as all the other posts listed above.. when I heard the phone number listed as having an extension, I knew exactly what this was.. but just to be sure I googled the phone number and found this site..

I think its funny how they badmouth Autotrader and Craigslist yet utilize them for their soliciting.. They try to praise there company yet none of use has even heard of them until googling the phone number.. c'mon people- I get it- your sh!tty telemarketing sales job sucks and instead of soliciting numbers from popularly known sites trying to promote your bunk ass site- why not talk to your CEO and tell him to turn your phone tag company into a legitimate hosting site like Autotrader or Craigslist..

I am not even going to give them the satisfaction of returning their call... even though I was tempted to ask them why I should sell my car on ebay through them and not on my own?? I am a power seller with a few thousand 100% positive feedbacks and can post my car there should I chose..and I may just wind up doing so.. I just dont want to pay ebay's fee's on a 30k car and fear the flakes who bid then wont follow through- (happened to me at least 10x and as a seller I can not give negative feedback- total BS)

My opinion: They are virtual door to door salesmen (Uncle Rico) with a crappy job- preying upon peoples' eagerness to sell something that they could care less about. all they want is you to pay them to post it on a site that no one even knows about.. I can ramble off 10 sites off the top of my head where I would post a classified ad and they arent even a figment of my imagination..

I was born at night- but not last night.. My verdict: SCAM!

company that promises to sell your auto. got my ad from craigs list and said for $399 they guaranteed to sell my car in a week. If not, it will stay on their site until it sells.  I  looked at their site and it is not user friendly. how are people supposed to find your car?  They also leave comments claiming that athlets use their service and ask if athelets would use their site if it was a scam... YES! they are just like anyone else and are subject to a good scam every now and then. don't do it!

I got a phone call from them and I gave them my address because I was interested, but then they asked for my credit number and I said I'll have to call you later to make my decision. The telemarkter started complaining about lets hurry up and get your ad out there. It sounded too fishy especially the fact I have to pay first before my car is sold. My question is can they do anything if they have my address, but not my credit card number?

They call and leave no message? Reputable companies leave messages and I do ot want to buy anything. I want to sell my bike because guess what? I need the money! I don't need to spend it. How about I pay when it is sold?

Just got a call from Lance, I never answer 1-800 or LD #'s because 99.9% of the time, they are soliciting calls. Thanks for google and this site, my suspicions are confirmed.

Thanks for the site and the feedback, as I just had some J/Off calling from this number (Don, ext. 272).

I see everyone agrees this is a scam and there is ONE comment obviously from the employee that does these calls!

I ask them repeatedly: You're in Ontario, I'm in Alberta. Why WOULD I use your service when I am sure any moron can buy an Auto Trader or go on the Internet to find my car listing? Financing? If the buyer can't get money from a bank, I really doubt they can afford my vehicle! I will offer any of these scammers DOUBLE their fee AFTER THE SALE IS COMPLETE AND THE MONEY IS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. Besides, I have NEVER heard of these firms and where do the exist? What is their website? They'll NEVER TELL YOU!

    I call it a scam.

Its funny that the positive things said about this company are the exact same comments left on multiple other sites..hmm?? crazy. Definitely not a Rep. from that company. If you ask me a legitimate company would not let their reps leave voicemails while soliciting Name Calling. How old are you? Grow up and get a real job.
