This number called me 3 times today.  I have no idea who they are or what they want.  I would pick up and they would hang up.

THEY KEEP CALLING AND NOT SAYING ANYTHING.

Called for a person who used to be employed at our location. The number that came up was 800-321-9637 and the lady said her name was Shiela and she was calling with Exeter Finance Corp. When I asked her to find another way to contact this person and not call back, she did two more times. Only her name later became "Crystal." It appears from their website http://www.exeterfinance.com that they are a company who lends out car loans. This woman is not very nice so I would let her have it if she calls you.

This is Exeter Finance, I have a car loan through them, I set up a payment for a portion of my August bill I could not pay due to my bank account be broke into, then emailed them that I set up the payment and my September payment isn't late until after October 6th, they call all the time. If you get offered a car loan through them, say no!!!! They apparently don't have enough work to do if they have to keep calling me after I have already made the payment for my late amount.

This is Exeter Finance.  I called them back to let them know that I had already posted a payment.  She told me my number would be removed from their dialer.  I guess I will wait and see.

I posted 5 minutes ago and they already called me again, go figure.  lol

This person has called twice. the first time i didn't pick because i didn't recognize it. the next time i did and no one picked up.

They call my home daily starting at 8:01am, will call back every four minutes at times. They keep asking for someone, they think my home# is someone's work #. I dont owe them anything because i have paid all my bills off last year, asked them to cease and desist with their calls, and im told that they see where they are not supposed to call this #, yet they do. someone apparently gave them my #, i have no idea if it was a mistake or what the problem is.

they have called me AGAIN after telling them we are not harboring the person they are looking for. i have filed a complaint with the ftc due to their calling me. harassing me. i do not owe these people money, so they need to realize it. i hope they read these. i have researched, this is a branch of capitol one, they finance cars at high interest rates. i just paid my car off last year. they need to stop calling. oh, and by the way, they are so ridiculous, they keep telling me my home is a place of employment. who knew? i didn't know until they told me.

This number just called my husbands cell phone at work, his cell is a work phone, asked for me, and said who they were, exeter...and that i would know what they are., that calling them back was very important etc etc..really paniced him, because im a young end stage renal failure patient doing my own dialysis, and at home alone when he is at work...I do have private pay and medicare too due to my esrd....i owe nothing, no medical bills, all paid, i see up there where people owe for cars, we have one car in my husbands name, i dont drive and its a good loan with wells fargo....im debating on whether to call them or not...hubby said just ignore it after i looked them up. How dare they panic him at work, esp when we owe nothing for anything.....they did say they were with exeter, but didnt say anything about finance company...

This is so true. You can set up a payment arrangement, but they don't always note your account so someone else will call and you have to go through the process all over again. I cannot wait to be done with them or trade my truck in

Who is this? Never a messafe and hangs up when i pick up.

800-321-9637 Call is from Exeter Finance.  I do not have an account with them, never heard of them.  They have called multiple times a day all week.  I answered and advised I do not know the person they are looking for.  Requested they remove my number from their list.  They asked me for my name, yeah right, not giving you that.  Said it was so they could tell the supervisor that "John Doe called to advise we have the wrong number".  Not giving them my number and not answering that number again.

Single most annoying bank I've EVER dealt with (and I'm a credit analyst myself!) called me today ON MY BIRTHDAY the DAY my note is do for the month! If I don't answer, they call 4+ times a day until they get a promise to pay. They screwed me on interest and now demand payment without a 30 day grace period (like EVERY OTHER BANK WILL.)  I cannot STAND this company!

I'm underwater on the hunk of junk I'm paying off with them.  Good luck.

I am too! :/ and I'm filing a complaint to the BBB for harassment for the way they treat me every time they call.

They keep calling my business and hanging up when I answer...I tried calling their other contact number 214.572.8276, the lady put me on hold forever so I hung up...how do I stop these calls and do something against them for harassment?

These people keep calling a place of business. Rude. Told them the person they are looking for is NOT here and to stop calling. Calls repeatedly throughout the day where they now just sit there & say nothing or hang up. Have called the number & spoke to a person to inform them to stop calling this place of business. Person said he would take number off list but calls keep coming frequently & repeatedly.
