I just got my car Aug 4th, Soooooo why are they calling me today?...and I still don't have any payment info to make a payment next month, 9/16/14
I got a welcome call last Thursday the 14th, from a 314-219-7207 in Earth City, MO

Just got a new number less than 24hrs ago and they have already called me 6 times! I have told them I'm not the person they are looking for please remove my number but they keep calling back. What do I need to do to get rid of them? So annoying.

Exeter calls my house all day even after I make payment arrangements. They also ask me if I can borrow the money from a family member or a friend then I can pay them the money I owe them wen I get it. They really are rude & have terrible customer service. I hate that I have to deal with them!!!!

this company keeps calling the company i work asking for an employee. i told them we fired her because of the repeated calls she was recieving . i would like to know what steps to take to report this harrasment . now i recognize thier number and will just answer and place them on hold. they get really mad when you do this to them. ha haaaaa haaaaa.

They are the absolute worst to deal with. I should've gone to a loan shark. They have better rates and are more understanding.

They call 4 daya after my bill is due when I have 10 days grace period. They stated I am in collections by day 5. So wtf are you calling on day 4. They call in the early morning and late at night 5+ times a day. I asked them to stop harrasing me. They said they won't stop. It will be the same every month. Thank the lord for smart phones. I just block them and there call never goea through now. They will never speak to me until my car is paid off. Since they want to play games. Pretty shallow company. I worked for a leaaing compnay and am fully aware of the laws. Sp they can keep calling dead air. They will never get my car either.  I pay my bills late or on time. Stop the harassment!

I am the manager of a drilling rig. This number calls the business phone up to 8 times a day. No one ever answers when I pick up. This should be illegal. Don't know who it is or what they want but they are about to drive me crazy

Im so tired of this company call in and calling they will call eight times a day and hang up when i answer.ridiculous..

Can anyone help with this. Are they aloud to take your car because my credit score dropped and now I'm a high risk? I thought the only way to repo a car is if you miss payments.

Not their responsibility to check out the vehicle before you buy it.they were nice enough to help you get a car loan with bad credit.

It's not their fault you don't pay your bills.they took a huge risk on you financing with bad credit.you promised you would pay,but now you complain about them wanting their money?

Pay your bills on time and they won't call.

What are they suppose to do?they loaned you money for a car when no one else would.you PROMISED to pay,but now after you get the car,your word means nothing.PAY YOUR BILLS and don't buy things you cannot afford.

And that's why you have bad credit.

Exeter is related to capital one. Point made.

Exeter collections first and for most is not customer service. They are there to collect on the money you ask to borrow them. Plus borrowing from someone else will get the calls to stop. I have had a great experience working with Exeter as a finance company. I guess give up the car if they are so miserable to work with.

I don't know why this company is calling me... I don't have a car loan with them AND I have no idea how they got this number, since it isn't even my phone number, it belongs to the government. I'm filing a complaint against them... They've called me 3 times today- on a Sunday and no messages...twice yesterday and no messages...after reading all the above messages, for a debt collecting company not leaving a message is bad business.

Exeter is outrageous. ..has anyone been able to stop the constant calling. ..help

Your payment has to be made on or before your due date. One day past due and you are late
