I have never been late on my car loan with Exeter, yet, they claim that even though I am paying on my due date, if it took them how ever many days to process my payment, it makes me late.  They also change the pay off amount, it can be $11,300 and will be that a year later.  And to top it off, they add an extra month payment and late fees when they feel like it.  Let's not overlook their 25% Apr.

Let me help you. The CEO OF Exeter is Jason W Grubb and his home phone number is (972) 874-1480. He lives in the central time zone and I'm sure he'd like to hear from you. After all I'm sure he's not busy at 3AM.

This is suppose to be in my name and address. That was agreed at the dealership. My mom is to old to be having these harresin calls even if she was the Co signer.

This Exeter Finance is a bad joke!!  Keeps calling and asking for unknown person.  I ask them for a number and contact name so I can call back and complain - hangs up.  Calls right back letting me know that they WILL be calling back later regardless of me telling them that I do not know the person they are inquiring about.  Rude and inconsiderate!!

This number keeps calling me and not leaveing any message.I would like to know who is this and why they keep on  calling me.

Tell them to stop!   How do you complain about these bad bad humans.  Take away their phones for one year!   Or jail same thing?   They belong to the Devils Clan!

I have them blocked.  They call every day.
