Received a call from them just now. AACC (Asset Acceptance Capital Corp)assetacceptance.com. I too hung up when they said if I continued to listen I was acknowledging I was this person. They are totally a collection agency. They must have purchased some old charge offs of mine frow WAY BACK in the early 90's. Well over 15 years old because all other debt of mine is either current or paid. [***] now trying to collect. It is companies like this that make my blood boil.

It's very anoying they call me on Sundays at 8am when their business is supposedley closed. It wakes my family up!

This number called and said they wouldn't tell me who they were until I gave them my full name, address and last 4 digits of my SS#. When I said I wouldn't give them any information until they told me who they were, they said no. I hung up!!

I got called 2x today from this # and they hungup when i said hello. I cant wait to find out who this is..

This number calls me about 10 times a day and they start at 8 am. I picked up a couple of times but its some automated service. I owe about $27 and instead of sending a letter they simply harass me. If I had the stinking $27 I would pay it! They are just going to have to wait until I get paid. I hate this company. They even call on the weekends. I am never buying a dell anything. I had trouble since I ordered this stupid laptop and I was advised by friends not to buy dell but I didn't listen so I guess I'm getting what I deserve.

These as***** been calling almost everyday from for the last few weeks. What can I do to stop this abuse?

These low life scumbags called us today but we never answer the phone. Caller ID is a wonderful thing!

ID showed, I answered, fellow asked if a Sarah worked here. I told him know. He apologized and hung-up. A few minutes later, same fellow called again with same caller-ID. Again, he asked if he could speak with Miss ?(not Sarah). I told him that he had called a few minutes before, and that he was calling a back-line to a law office. He apologized, and asked what kind of law we did. I hung up w/o answering. He did not call back. This happened yesterday, 24 . His voice was American accent, mid-west (no drawl, pleasant- I figured he was a telemarketer.) Submitting this just to add to the data-base.

I just received the same call..nothing at first, then a woman asking for me by name and telling me that she had a call for me and to hold..I hung up, but decided to look the number up to see who it could be.

This number was on my checking account with a "site services" and their number - NY - but they were NOT AUTHORIZED and withdrew $9.10 - not much but it's still something - when I call it's a computer answering machine - I contacted my bank and filed a claim as well...

I have a charge on my bank statment with the phone # 800-361-4894 showing the company as Site Services.  I know I have not purchased anything for the amount shown so I called.  The recording says I have reached voice services and leave a message.  If they don't call me back I am reporting as fraud charges on my card.

I also noticed a charge on my bank account last night with the same information. I called and got the same thing but I haven't left a message yet. My bank says I can come in and file a fraud charge. Does anyone know where this charge is coming from??

I also got a similar charge for $9.05. It shows SITE SERVICES 800-361-4894 NY for computer related services. This sucks! I don't owe anyone anything.

they charged me with $9.05 today too.  I owe no debt as well.  I am highly upset. Is this legal? I did not authotize this transaction.

I was charged $9.15 to my checking account via my debit card today. I called the number and got the same stupid recording.  I have since cancelled my cards and am going to the bank to file to get my money back. I have taken it off my paypal account as well. Not sure where they got my number though.

This is what happens . .

You buy something online, sign up for something online (espn.com, proxify.com, or anything else).  The company who just got your card numbers and such have a few pages to click through, yes and no clicks, check boxes and such.  You miss one, you get charged.  You accidently failed to not agree to a certain wierd lowlife company's checkbox.  It happens, sometimes you can get your money back, sometimes you can cancel the account, sometimes you have to get a new card.
