loader washer. All the parts were delivered in the time frame promised to me.- Caller: Sears Home Services

- donnalegitimate call from Sears to confirm service appointment. appliance service consistently reliable, rarely have to wait for parts.....still maintaining my 10 year old washer on extended warrantee. no complaints.

- MBNICK replies to velYou must be a moron. Try purchasing appliances from someone like Lowe's. When you have a problem they tell you to call the Manufacturer. Who did the Manufacturer send out to do the repair? Sears.
- debrecvd call from 800-469-4663 on cell phone. Unknown number ?
- joThis number called me twice (back-to-back) on my cell phone. Caller ID said Ron Fox. I did not answer then looked it up on here. We do have a Sears repair appointment scheduled for tomorrow so I'm guessing that's what it's about. The curious part is that they called my cell phone. I called the home warranty company about our washing machine breaking last night. I did call from my cell phone number, but the number on file with the home warranty is our home number...and, when the warranty company asked for a number for the service tech to call on the day of the appointment, I gave my husband's cell phone number.

- Juniper9944Calls repeatedly, no message.
- SueSears is getting worse and worse and worse. I am sure the original owner is rolling in his grave. They almost have a monopoly these days on certain appliances and they appliances are broken after a year or two or three. My last "Kenmore Elite" washer and dryer broke at the 5 year mark which the repair guy told me is long for a front loader! WHAT? Two grand to last five years? Ridiculous. Anyway, they are charging me for things I did not order. I have charges for 17.00 for "membership" on my credit card. Membership to what I don't know! they charged me right after the membership for 21.76 for God knows what. I have reciepts for everything I purchase and I had about 100 things on my credit card bill last month and all match but THIS. In addition, they fixed my washer (for about 50-55% of the purchase price) and It was fix it for half the price of a new one or get a new one... I was on the fence, but then I'd need the new dryer. The repair guy said that's how they work it.... so people get new ones and both sets! He also said NO washer and dryer, regardless of brand is better than other. Parts are made in China and Korea etc... all the same for all brands. They all suck these days. No quality. When the came for the quote, we paid them FULL price on the spot. It was to cover 100% of the cost. When they repaired it, they asked me for another 9 dollars and I asked for what and the guy said he did not know... and he refused to leave until I paid it and wanted my debit card (I couldn't find my cc); then he was watching me... and I had to hide the pin number... in addition to that, he wanted me to fill out a survey right there on his device on how he did, and he watched me do it over my shoulder. I had to literally say "excuse me..." and move away and he tried to still look over. I am furious too. I emailed customer service and NOBODY listened.
- lisa april greene replies to velSame problem x 3 or 4 visits. Been going on for a year, can't remember exactly. Sears has made my life a nightmare.
I paid for an extended warranty and I got an extended pain in my ass. I have been sick from cancer for five years and they have interfered with my rest and peace of mind so many times. I, too, trusted Sears and shopped there often, but I will never buy anything ever again at Sears. At first that MADE ME SAD, now I just don't give a [***] Those [***]! - PatriciaGot a call from this number. They left message and all it said was "Sears, please call us at 888-710-8432". Looking at the other posts here, I am inclined to believe this is part of a huge "scam" as we had to cancel one of our debit cards today because of an attempted purchase, on-line, through Sears in Round Rock Texas....my bank denied the charge. I have no intention of calling either of these numbers! No, I don't live in Texas.
- Caller: Sears?
- Jill WI am considering starting a lawsuit in nyc against Sears. It should be a group lawsuit if there's a lawyer interested. They have been taking my insurance money on my appliance but now have "appointments taken" in India or Mexico, cannot connect to the repair companies that are supposed to respond, cannot respond to where to send certificate of liability papers almost every condo and co-op in NYC have to have before service repair people can enter a building, and it's a scam so they can waste your days and time. I want compensation for losing a day over this, for not getting the service I paid for. They should pay back everyone who has paid for service since they started this outsourcing and can't fulfill their service obligations.

- Joe replies to velThat's totally untrue. I've had great service from Sears the few times I've had to call over the last 15 years. They've always had parts and been great.
- KI called this number 45 minutes after my range was delivered to report a problem. They said we should replace it and I ask why not service it since it is only 45 minutes old. We will replace and then it was connected to someone who did not speak English and said we will set up service appt. on the next Friday (Nov 14th) no call the day before and then I called them after 9:00 p.m. Got this " So Sorry - Service Man be there tomorrow 8:00 -12:00) No call and then I went online for Sears service and found out no service call was scheduled. They did schedule me one for the following day. DO NOT CALL the 800=469-4663 because you will never get service on this number.
- TexrussSears calling for my appointment tomorrow. It has been two weeks since I scheduled the appointment. This is for a broken icemaker on a $1500 refrigerator. Nobody called to ask if a part is needed (yes, it is cracked on the bin) so I am sure I will waste an entire day and then the man won't have the part.
I have always liked Sears, but they have lost touch with good customer service. This will be the last appliance I ever buy from Sears. They are headed for bankruptcy.- Caller: sears
