Just bought $2500 (4 kitchen appliances)  and I am SO SORRY. Sears bites the big one.  3 of the 4 appliances arrived damaged, or not working. The range is dinged up, had to order (and pay) for new part myself, as well as make tech app't and pay labor.  They just called on this 800 number, my repair app't is tomorrow.

Same robocall message as earlier today, except that the earlier one was from 805-995-4278, claiming to be Apple, Inc. and saying to call them back regarding a security breach on Apple phones and other devices.

This number claimed to be sears. I think it's a scam

Don't feel bad homedepot and lowes use the same exact repair people so no matter where you buy it the same people are the warranty repair company.

This # was on my bank statement along with "Innovelsolutions40."   Now who would have known that was Sears?!!   I googled the number and it took me to this site.  I did purchase a dishwasher from Sears but I will NEVER make another purchase from Sears !

they called, they came but they don't know how to fix my 2 years old samsung dishwasher.  they have been coming since December 2016 and they are still working on it.  I should never never use their service.

I AGREE!! We purchased from Sears because we had always gotten good service from them.  NOT ANYMORE!!! A service guy came out to check out our dryer.  Said he needed a part and would come back in 1 week.  The night before he was scheduled to come.  I got a call saying I needed to call to reschedule my appointment. WHAT??? I called them.  That is when they told me after I had to fuss with automated bull, that my part was on backorder and they didn't know how long it would be.  Then after I got off the phone with an actual person.  I received another automated call that said I needed to call to verify my appointment for the next day.  I called back.  NOPE.  Still on back order.  They didn't know. They were to find out how long and call me back within 48-72 hours.  It has now been 15 days since originally called.  I hadn't heard anything.  I called and they said it will now be 30 days.  I think they just told me that to appease me.  Our dryer is under warranty.  This should NOT be happening!! They need to replace the whole dryer!!!!  DON'T BUY FROM SEARS!!!!!!

I purchased an appliance from Sears.  Dealing with their service dept. is your worse nightmare.  I cannot believe it’s so bad.  Avoid them or you’ll be very unhappy.  Never again and I’ve been a customer for many, many years.

Didn't answer but when I checked my voicemail it was Sears Home Service robocall confirming my service appt for tomorrow for my washer. I hope it's fixed in a timely manner!! Was not pleased when I just read some of the horror stories about their repair record. This was who I was given from my home warranty company. Had to wait 3 days for an appointment.
