I am writing in response to your constant phone calls!

According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,   [15 USC 1692c] Section 805(c): CEASING COMMUNICATION: You must cease all communication with me after being notified in writing that I no longer wish to communicate with you. Therefore, I demand that you stop calling me at home, at work, on my cell phone or at any other location!

In accordance with the federal FDCPA, now that you have received this "stop calling" letter, you may only contact me to inform me that you:

are terminating further collection efforts;
invoking specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by you or your company; or
intend to invoke a specified remedy.
Be advised that I am well well aware of my rights! For instance, I know that any future contact by you or your company violates the FDCPA and that since you already have my location information, calls made by you or your company to any 3rd party concerning me violates section 805(b)2 of the FDCPA.

Be advised that I am keeping accurate records of all correspondence from you and your company, including tape recording all phone calls. If you continue calling me I will pursue all available legal actions to stop you from harassing me and my family.

Had around eight automated voice messages the past week from this number saying that they have important information for someone that doesn't live at this number.  Very annoying.  Wish they would stop calling.

Call for Sprint collections.  Very rude.  They will not get a dime out of me.  Niether will Sprint, for that matter.

They keep calling my new cell phone number.  I've told them several times I am not the person they are looking for and that they have the wrong number.

I've had 2 calls this week. I ignored the first, but called them back after the 2nd. I asked for company name and head office mailing address so I could write and complain. The girl was actually polite, my number had come up on their system from my call and even without asking she apologized, said she had already updated their records  to remove me from their investigation and explained they get numbers from various sources - including old telephone listing searches and even google.

i'm still going to write and tell them I've reported them to the FCC as my number is on the national Do Not Call register.

Called looking for my Son, but wouldn't tell me why.  When I told her to put my number on her "do not call list" she said not untill he pays his pass due bill.

I got a call from this number too. I just changed my phone number and apparently this number was calling for the guy who used to have my number. I called the agency back immediately after they called me and left a message, but there was no way to talk to anyone to tell them they made a mistake.

I've told them in every possible way the person they are looking for isn't a resident here nor do I know them in the least. Phone calls, e-mails, letters, and they are still calling. Today is Sunday and they called at 7:50 am. I'm headed to MN next week, lets see how they like talking to me in person. I've already hire a lawyer to go with me for a "visit". If at all possible I'm going to exact my pound of flesh.

who is this person calling me repeatedly and what do they want?

yeah i got the same thing too they keep calling  around 8:30 9 or sometimes during the day i never answer it tho my husband answers it and they are very rude to him and i dont owe nothing and they keep callin harrassing me they dont tell me their company or anything

When I took my current job a little over three years ago, I was given a new cell phone that evidently had a previously used number that belonged to a delinquent debtor.  Since then I have received both live and recorded messages at least once a day from these morons at Diversified Adjustment out of Minneapolis. I have no knoweldge of the debt or the debtor.  Please help me stop the calls before I have to take a trip up north.

I don't answer calls from 1-800 #s I don't know and they do not leave messages so no harm no foul.

I've tried to call this number back and no-one is every available.  I do not know who is it.  The company doesnot give a name when you call.

This is a collection company for SPRINT... I owe cancellation fee's and have never paid... It's a valid company.. Time to pay your bills, lol

Add your number to the https://www.donotcall.gov/ and then submit there number as harrasment because they are telemarketers.

I receive a callfrom them about one every 8 months looking for the same guy, not even loe to my name. I inform then, with courtesy, about the situation and they have been pleasant and thank me for my time and information. It's a crappy job that they have to do... I grant them that.
