I get calls non-stop even during my grace period. Why do they call it a grace period, if there is no grace? If you are considering a loan, look elsewhere. I seriously consider this harrasement.

We have financed TWO vehicles, one is PAID OFF, and LORD forbid we are ONE day late, they call my phone 10+ times a DAY!  VERY annoying, aggravating and not to mention, I have two sick people (one with stage 3 cancer and the other with A tendon detached from his heel and a huge bone spur that was operated on).  Then this morning they called again, I answered, asked again who it was on the other line, she told me and I informed her that her information is NOT updated, we have paid, and she commenced to YELLING AT ME to pay on time or she will make sure to call me every hour to remind me, HARRASSMENT PEOPLE, can we not complain on them, even if we do have an account with them, is there not a time limit on what times they can call and HOW MANY times they can call?  I talked over the annoying person and yelled back hollering HARRASSMENT and PISS POOR SERVICE!!! would not let her get a word in edge wise

I know I feel the same way I will never get anything thru them again

really..good pt except I've had this number for over 8 years..dishonest person..how about dishonest bank..ya work for them do ya?  Never did nor will I ever do any business with Wells Fargo... the bank, auto, home...btw..ya call them and they will put your number at the top of the list..hows that working for ya..makes your job easy at Wells Fargo huh?  enjoy you day..I filed it with the States Attorney General, notified them in writing and keeping a record of their calls..  and I have it sent straight to voice mail and not ring..just check it at the end of the day.. I am CONFUSED!  Why dont you all just go online and where it says Personal Contact... Delete your phone number or just change it to an old disconnected phone that you know of.  PS.. just one more note, why are you late on your bill? Dont you think they have a right to call you? I agree not a million times.

I have Wells Fargo too, and I am in the middle of filing a suit against them for FORCED placed insurance on my Mercedes, wanting to charge me $2000, if I didnt provide them with insurance infor because mine was cancelled by Novemeber 26th, Called GEICO.. my policy was never cancelled nor pending.  Here is the kicker, they say by November 26th, but the letter is dated January 9, 2011 and I received it January 15, 2011..  Watch yourselves with them..  There is a Class action lawsuit against them..  Insurance Commissioner!!  PS.. I am so aggravated with Wells Fargo that I am going to trade in this Mercedes, take a $3K loss ..  I am done.

I totally agree!  My car payment is due on the 19th and on that very morning, they start harass me all day long, day two, day three, day four.  There were times when I was a month ahead of my payment, they still harass me!  I HATE Wells Fargo!!!  Just today I made my very last payment (3 months worth of payment) as I did not want to deal with them for another day!  Now, YUCK FOU WELLS FARGO!!!

Auto finance calls the day a payment is due.  I move the funds on line the day it is due.  They call anyway.  It is a recording that is not easy to understand.  I'll never use Wells Fargo again for an auto loan.  They screwed up the due date for the loan.  They say it's changed but call the next month, like they never heard of the changed date.  Don't use Wells Fargo.
