You say that they r calling for Brandy, yet you wrote that when they call, you tell the there is no breandy there.
I don't get it.....Who is Breandy, wo is Donald Milham?
Are they married, or living together?

BE ADVISED....ANY information, including the information you put down here, can be used to track your whereabouts, your IP number tells where you live, and your provider also tells the location for them to search for you.
Just don't answer the phone when you dont know the number, give no information, and don't play with these people, they are professionals, they know all the tricks.
One thing they can't do, is read your mind.

Every time these jerks call file a complaint with the Do Not Call list, the federal trade commission, politicians or consumer action column in your local newspaper or TV station.  A friend of mine was helped by a local TV station consumer action show to solve a dispute with a phone company.

NAFS has an (F) rating with the better business bureau and a huge number of lawsuits filed against them.

If you decide to call them which is a mistake then do not give out your social security number, credit card number or bank account number.  If you have been suckered in to doing this them cancel your credit card or bank account immediately.

If they claim you owe debt make them send a letter in the mail and they probably won't send it because they probably can't prove the debt.

Don't answer calls from phone numbers you don't recognize.  My daughter received a call from 800-613-1802.  Most likely a scam.  It will go to voicemail.  If you do answer the call and happen to talk to a "live" person, request documentation in writing.  Then it becomes mail fraud.

A call every two days for six months on my cell phone, leaving a 60 seconds message, looking for Mr X. This company is NAFS, National Action Financial Services, is a collection agency.

One call per day on my cell phone for the last three months. They ask for Mr X, unknown at this number that I had for 5 years. Call is coming from NAFS, a debt collector. All attempts to stop this string of calls have failed so far, and I am sending a registered snail mail as first final step.

They call every morning at 8 AM +/- 10 minutes on my cell phone. Robot call lasts one minute, but nobody answers. It goes into voice mail. Robot asks for 'Eugene K Fons', unknown at this number that I 'own' for three years. Whatever I do, it does not stop, and the nagging calls keep coming.

Just block the number.

This number keep calling me for a debt collector for some name I don't even know and I called back want  to tell them stop calling to my number , there are no one answear my phone, only the recording message.  Please stop this harrasing on my cell phone

If you want to speak with someone, plug in a bogus credit card number to make an automated payment then they will come on the line to "assist you"!   Then you can actually speak with someone and give them your piece of mine!

yeah its a bill collector for some sanchez that  used to own my phone number, i have told all of them that this is not her number anymore, but some still call and can't get the hint, i am starting to think this is what is wrong with society, people can't listen or be up front or have no respect.

I keep receiving calls from this number since I have this phone. They are saying that they are calling for Ryan Hatchela obviously the previous owner of my cell# in regard to an uncollected bill.  I have also tried to contact someone at this number to report their error, but cannot get a live person to talk to. Very annoying.
