iidiots keep harassing my terminally ill mother with their recordings smarting off they expect the deceny of a return fone call from whom it don"t say??   to 1-800-620-3071!!!  reallly now, u call my mama's house with a stupid recording like that rather then have the DECENCY to call IN PERSON so she can tell ur moronic a**es to stop callin when she has no clue why you keep callin to begin with

They called today, PakherGroup, 1-800-620-0371, crazy.....

Answered the phone and got the same rude message stating to call them back. It is urgent and I should have the decency to return the call. Takhar Group. Not returning the call.

We got the same call today...WTF? Should we just call them back to shut them up.  I dont want to be on this call list.  Ill file a complaint

The man with the angry voice demanding a call back to 1-800-620-0371, calls me daily. They are very annoying and I never call them back because they never state who or what they want. Where do I report this number?

I got messages also from Takhar Group insisting I give them my address, phone and SSN (!).  
I don't owe them or anyone they represent any money, having lived on a cash basis since the late 1980s.

I was told that they were located in Niagara Falls, NY.  I found that this is a mail drop at a UPS store...see Google Maps for "1623 Military Road Suite 537 Niagara Falls, NY 14304"

This number IS a legitimate collection agency, however DO Beware. I informed them that I am out of work and barely scraping by. I then was informed me they would be contacting the agency telling them I refuse to pay, no offer to work with me, simply "We will not mail you anything, and unfortunately I will be marking this as a refusal to pay." (we are talking a debt that is under $100) Don't bother trying to reason with them as it will not be fruitful.

Yes, they also asked me for personal information, and it was an ordeal getting the debt information from them without providing my SSN however I managed.  Very annoying.

These people have been calling me for a couple of years.  I owe nothing.  They leave rude and threatening messages about three times a week both on my home and cell telephones.
They need to be shut down.

I too have just recieved a phone call from this so called Takhar group and they also threatened me with some bogus bill with BMG music company. I told them I never had an account with them. They said I owed them $30.00 from 2005. I was compliant in checking out the website when I found all of these scam reports. I read through hundreds of complaints about this so called Takhar group of harassment and scams they are trying to pull. So naturally I called back the number they gave me and they immediately knew who was calling and what my name was. I confronted them with the scam reports and they got rude and threatened me with 7 years of bad credit reports. I then asked how they got my number and they said that they got it from BMG music, well they didn't because I didn't even have this phone or number in 2005. Don't give them any Imformation!!!

Same thing as all other post. Asking if I got a phone call or message same b@#*h on voice mail trying to sound like the police. Would not give any information on the nature of call. Beyond rude no class at all wtf what a waste of time. She did not get any information from me not even my government name. Lol......lol :) The broke [***] haters are still playing on my cell wtf M.A.N

I received a message on my answering machine on 5.28.12.(Memorial Day) they left their number and email address.I  Dont' know who this people are. Ironic I already pay for non soliciting callers and they still went through the automated sytem that advices solicitors to hang up.

We have added our name on the do not call list and who ever it is at 800-620-0371 keeps calling us and then they want us to give them our phone number but won't say who they are.  We have asked them to not call again and they keep calling.

OMG...I got the same call around the same date. I felt intimidated enough to actually pay them. I know that years ago I had an account with BMG and they threatened me with ruining my credit so I paid them the damned $35 or however much it was. Now I'm kicking myself for caving in to their rude demands. Just got another call from them this morning and I've blocked them on my phone. Thanks for posting this. Now I feel MUCH better!!!!

found out from google it's a group that is hired to collect debts.

Constantly reeive a call from this numberstating to return the call and is urgent.  The agency is the Takgar or something similar to this.

I was going to file a complaint with the FCC but read the FCC notice required by the Privacy Act and the Paperwork Reduction Act, which statesthe following:

Complaints against Broadcasters, Common Carriers, Programming Providers, Satellite Services, Telemarketers, etc. - when a record in this system involves an informal complaint filed against a broadcaster, common carrier, programming provider, satellite service, telemarketer, etc., the complaint may be forwarded to the defendant carrier or provider, etc., for a response, pursuant to Section 208 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended;


2. Disclosure of the Complainant's Name - when an order or other Commission-issued document that includes consideration of informal complaints filed against broadcasters, common carriers, programming providers, satellite services, telemarketers, etc., is entered by the FCC to implement or enforce the Communications Act, pertinent rule, regulation, or order of the FCC, the complainant's name may be made public in that order or document. Where a complainant in filing his or her complaint explicitly requests that the bureau withhold his or her name from public disclosure, such a request will be granted and the complainant's name will not be disclosed in the Commission-issued order or document;
