The calls started today! Pakhargroup has called and left message like three times already back to back! I don't know why they're calling! But I wish they stop!

they are trying to get personal information from you for ID theft.  i turned off my answering machine for a month and just call people back on caller ID.  about 95% of the calls i used to get from scammers and telemarketers stopped.  get about two odd calls a week at the most.  still don't answer them.

they called me over and over and then when i finally went from this is the taghar group of companies to we dont know why you didnt respond.  i finally decided to see who this was when i did the woman stated my nick name which i ususally give for nonsense stuff on the web with my last name and true address which i didnt confirm i told her i want to know who she is prior to confirming or denying anything she hung up really rude and said call us back when you want to cooperate.  I do alot of offers and stuff from tagged i did have payday loans here and there but they are all resolved dont know whats up with this but i dont trust it.

I  keep getting a call from this 800# way after hours. Leaving a # and a web site. I think it's rather stupid,and frustrating. When i call i get the same recording as the one that calls. .

THIS IS AN iNTERNATIONAL MAIL FRAUD/ EXTORSION  SCAM THAT OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REFUSES TO SHUT DOWN.

THE NUMBER THEY WANT YOU TO CALL GOES TO A POST OFFICE BOX IN NEW YORK / THEN IT GOES TO CANADA / THEN IT GOES TO INDIA...OR SO WE HAVE BEEN TOLD.
Here is how it works:

1. They do not know your name...This is a random call.
2. If you make a mistake and call them back they get your name and all information.
3. They continue to call you up to six times a day at all hours.
4. They threaten to ruin your credit over a bill that you have never heard of or owed.
5. They try to beat you down untill you agree to pay a minimum of $50.00 up to $1,000
6. They continue to harass you and will even file a ficticious report and ruin your credit.
7. These people are the scum of the earth and need to be stopped!

I was also called several times, and didn't call back. They are pretty pissed it seems. I am not even 21. What the !@#$%^&. Come on.

They called here and have been for a couple of days and they say these ugly messages demanding I call back...I called back and asked why am I getting these ugly calls and she just went straight to asking for a initialed name not a full name but initials ..I told her there's no one with the initials and she said she would remove from there files and hung up

Received a call from this number, however it was placed to my EX husband's EX wife... no idea what this is regarding and neither one of us have had the same last name in 25+ years...

This number keeps calling me insisting that i call them back immediately.  I don't know who they are so I will NOT call them.

Same scenario as all the other comments, The Takhar Company is leaving messages on my phone telling me that they had made numerous attemps to contact me and that they are suprised that they have not recieved an adequate response, but they will allow me to take care of the situation however I have to return their calls at 800-620-0371. I have no debt no credit cards. These idiots that scam and hurt people intentionally, obviously have forgotten or have no clue that they have to meet their maker!!! Ha Ha the laugh is on You Scamhar (Takhar).How about Never for an adequate response!!!

There is a website but they require personal info in order to get anything from it.  I have been getting the phone calls and the same rude voice messages for a few months now. Not sure, how legit they are. From what I understand they are a bogus company.

Something to do with a debt owed to the Book of the Month club. Stupid, obnoxious, unhelpful woman tried to intimidate me when I didn't agree to give her my information over the phone.

Keep getting calls from this "company" to call them immediately it is in my best interest. Have no idea who and why!

I had been recieving calls from 800-620-0371, they would leave an automated message that they are trying to collect a debt and that I needed to call immediately to resolve the issue. This company is the Takhar Group. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they contacted the company onmy behalf. Takhar is a legitamate collection company. However they recieve accounts from other companies that they collect from and most of the time all the information that they recieve on the accounts is the account number amount owed and a name. No phone number. Takhar searches the name to get a phone number and they do not know that the number is not a correct number unless they get a call back or get the complaint that has been filed with the BBB.
