Had a problem with these clowns back in October of 10. Filed a complaint with the Mass. A.G's office. To make a long story short, Takhar admitted sloppy "research" and had the wrong person. End of calls real quick.

left a rude message insisting that I call them back immediately. These people are a joke.   I called them back and they said I owed money to a company that I have never heard of. TOTAL SCAM. I am going to report them.

This company needs to be shut down this is a Scam and they are scum of the earth they have called me 6 times today they "suck"the bone marrow out of life and need to get a real life.
 Somehow got my cell number I looked up the info they own all kinds of  stuff security that they are trying  to scare you into paying them , we have excellent credit .I have been building a list of numbers , they continue to call all day long using other numbers no one is on the phone but a rude message that sounds like you had better call or else.
I'm in the process of trying to collect info on them the more I get the better .It is the same Group over ans over again and they have been reported to the attorney general people need to file a class action suit against them find out where they operate out of .
I'm exposing the numbers here they are do not answer them it is wide spread and then turn them in to the FCC .412 2831420  /866 495-0995 /407 347-4014 /443/313-1380/800 6200371  / as you can all see this is harrassment from some company we do not knwo now owe ...this has been going on for months and i hope the FBI gets them but good . They keep calling my house, leaving threatening messages and when i am home to pick up they hang up before saying anything. They stated we needed to call them or go to their website and they spelled it out as  www.pakhargroup.com.  never heard of them before

Ok i would love to be able to get in on any law suits.  you would not believe how many calls i get a day on my house phone alone.  Then there is my cell.  I have at least 10+ numbers they have used.  Please someone help me.

For those of you with gmail accounts there is a feature called googlevoice. It allows you to dial free to ANY number in the US and Canada.

So your thinking, so what? Call back Takhar, 800 620 0371 and do so REPEATEDLY. Oh and guess what the caller ID on their end will show up as 760 705 8888 - ITS COMPLETELY UNTRACEABLE!!!

Got same message from "Takhargroup" demanding I call them at 1-800-620-0371.
I believe they must be aligned with another group that was harassing me & even calling friends telling them they were "investigators" & I was in big trouble.
I finally reported them to law enforcement.2x..and the calls stopped. I was told they are a scam.
Now this new group has just started calling.
I don't speak to anyone whom I don't know & does not give a true reason for their call.
I will report this bunch too.

Received several calls from these people over the past week. The recording of a man leaving an URGERT and rather threatening sounding message of upmost importance that I call back immediately - leaving me a number and a website to contact them at (www.takhargroup.com). I was not familiar with this name and looked them up online - there are SEVERAL sites with complaints against these people. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION unless they supply you with a hard copy of a bill!!! Infact, Don't answer their calls at all! SCAM! takhar group is a debt collecting agency.  if u dont call back, they send whatever your particular debt is to the three major credit report agecies.

they have only called me 3 times.  the lady i talked to didn't have an accent and they were collecting on something i didn't pay a couple years ago.  i did owe the money and they had my address right.  so nothing all that suspisious to me.  but will be monitoring my bank account very closely for a while.  just to be safe.

I just got a call from these jerks a few minutes ago. I called back, and was told that the office was closed. I don't think this is a legitimate company, because if it were, they would not be so rude up front. A collection agency is rude, but they usually don't get rude until they get the guy they are trying to call on the line. Why call, leave a msg, and not say what the business hours are?

Carrie, how do you know that they didn't get your name and account by looking at your credit file and try to collect money that you do owe, but to someone else? Anyone with access to your credit report can find out that you owe Sears $32.50, and call you under the pretense that Sears farmed the debt out to you, and demand that you send the money to them instead.

So instead of turning you in to the credit agencies, they are probably looking up stuff that is already there, so I wouldn't bother with them. This is a variation of the "subscription bill" or "phony invoice" scam, except refined to use against private individuals, instead of accounts payable officers for small businesses.

Never do financial business over the phone with someone who calls you first. Even if their caller ID is not blocked, caller ID can be faked, just like return email addresses.

I hope that you did not pay these people any money.

Been getting these calls for about two weeks to my home phone. The initially has some sort of tone before the message begins. Then they say, "This is the Pakhar Group with an important message. Please call us immediately as this call is of an urgent nature." It is really pissing me off. They even offer a website to go to as well as the spelling of the web address.
