I got the same call yesterday with the same name and number. it was 1 800 620 0371 and the web site was like you guys have it. www.pakhargroup.com  it told me to call immediately!! what the hell is this all about is it a scam. I will not call back either.

i get a call from  800 620 0371 every other day. i let it go to voice mail... they dont say who they want or  give me any info that i need to call them back. i want them to stop calling and bugging me.

Definitely having the same experience as everyone else who posted. What I'm wondering is whether reporting this really does anything other than to inform others about another scam. I don't understand why the "powers that be" can't put an end to this kind of nonsense. I see that it's been going on for well over a year or more.

Just got a voicemail telling me to call this number immediately, I tried calling the number and got a voice message directing me to a website which doesn't exsist.  It's a scam!

This is a collection CO. They apparently handle claims from various CO's but they seem to primarily collect for Columbia House or Book of the Month Club. I've seen various versions of their web address posted here and it's been misspelled repeatedly. The actual Web address is http://www.takhargroup.com/

It's not necessarily those buisneses that they might be calling about but it seems to be the ones most commonly reported on various sites like this one. It's difficult to get the folks from the DNC list to do anything because they are a collection Co and can always claim they have business with you but it doesn't hurt to Report them frequently. Eventually enough reports will hopefully throw up a flag that it may in fact be a scam.

They have been calling me for about 2 weeks now and every day, sometimes twice a day. The rude beeoch that called insisted that we return the call & was too rude that i hope she calls me back again. I will show her RUDE LOL. Never heard of this company tack??????? I dont know. Why does their name of business come up unavailable, i would think if they are a true collections they would leave their name and who they are calling and who to call back. Very unprofessional but i guess if your a crook it doesn't matter rude or not.

I have received mutilple calls to my cell phone from 1-800620-0371. Stating that it was urgent that call this number or contact them via web @ Pakhargroup. I don't have any idea who or what this call is related to but one thing I do no. They better stop calling me!

I continue getting calls daily .. several times a day and the gentleman continues leaving the message stating I need to contact them immediately regarding my deblt. I dont know how to get it to top ! This has been going on for months and it is so annoying and very very rude. I dont have a debt with this company so they need to stop calling me !

Got a call from this number (8006200371) at 10:39 PM at night!!! Could not beleive anyone would call that late if not an emergency. How can I report this late night call to an agency to put a stop to this foolishness? Anyone know?

have gotten several calls from this outfit, hmmmmmmmm maybe they are from another country, he doesn't seem to realize that it would be a good idea to harass the right person for what ever is bothering him, I owe no one any money, I have no car, my home is taken care of, perhaps because I am 93 he thinks I will be an easy target, think again, I am a tough old bird

They keep calling me from two different numbers first it was a male and now the message is from a lady demanding that they would appreciate a call back. Don't know the company and they do not state the business that they want or who they want to speak with; therefore, they will not be getting a return call from me. Stop calling me!

I get these calls all the time and this time they told me that it was urgent that I return the call. I am fed up with getting these calls. My phone number is already on a no call list. I want them to stop calling me.

Message left on the answering machine of my deceased father.  Made it sound official, and I
wanted to notify them of his passing.  Doesn't sound like it is such a good idea.

I received a toll free number in the past in reference to a collection agency.  After about 3 calls I called back and let the caller know that my husband and I just moved into the area.  We have no children and we have no financial problems.  She only apologized.  Today, 29 Mar 2011 (1:14 p.m.), we received a phone call from 8006200371 telling us that "This is the Pakhargroup calling on an urgent matter and we require a return call to 1-800620-0371".  These people also gave their website as:  www.Pakhargroup.com   How do people manage to make "borderline threatening calls" without being held legally accountable?  These people should be severely fined and jailed for scamming people at their private "unlisted" home phone numbers.
