(today my daughter answered and got a 1800 728 1695 number ex 8370 nicole - i should call them back >>>)

will not call as i do not like BMW 'S  !!!!

this company will sell you timeshares and vacation ownership.

forget about it !!!!!

Received a call from 'Lisa' just yesterday - at my work! Apparently I've won a 2010 BMW !!! This is the contact info. left with my receptionist - 1-800-728-1695 Ext 8306 and ref #499622. I'm thankful for everyone's postings about these guys - now I know to 'not call back' and get off the calling list!

I got the same call but on a BMW which I never put my  name in a draw so a bunch of crap.  Don't go to these seminars they are almost impossible to leave, these sales people are worse then any car salesman, they are creepy, and slimey and the worst of the worst, very desperate people.  Don't do it.

Hello!!! it's a time share scam.the name avia west resorts gives it away.
What bugs me is they make up some bs about you entering a draw
and you can win some luxury car.just tell people what your selling upfront.

I just got a call from Dominic.  He promised 2 out of 5 prizes or if the swipe came up blank that meant I won the BMW.  Told him I had to discuss with my husband as he would want to be a part of this before signing us up for a Thursday appointment.  Glad I googled and read all the comments.  Don't want any part of time shares.

I received a call from "Lindsay" from AVOS saying I entered a draw for BMW 2011 5 series satan. Her number is 1 800 728 1695 ext 8312. Entry # 594631 need to be quoted. Never called her back.

this scam is still going on.  A female left me a v/m that I entered a ballot draw and she had some good news for me but needed to verify my information.  she asked me to call back 1 800 728 1695, ext 83526.  i do not recall entering any draws.  with all previous messages about receiving similar messages.  i believe this is a SCAM and it is still going on.  Watch out.

Just got a call from McKenzie from AVO West Nanaimo asking me to call him back at 1-800-728-1695 ext 8313 to confirm my information so I can be entered in the final round. Apparently I entered a draw for a BMW car. I sometimes enter draws at stores, but I don't recall entering one for a BMW or any other car for a few years now.

My caller ID showed the number is 250-716-2650.

Lynn from Aviawest Nanaimo called today (1-800-728-1695, ext 8346).
We're not calling back.  So, the BMW is still available!

Got a call from "Nicole" in Victoria BC. Said I won a 2011 BMW lease for 3 years or a cash pay out.
She left the number 1-800-728-1695 ex 8370 and say to call back as soon as possible.

I decided to calI after I googled the number and found a few sites with the similar phone number saying it was timeshare scam.

I decided to confirm it for myself and yes in fact it is a Scam.

Funny thing is I was skeptical but I did remember entering in a draw for a BMW when I was at the Boston pizza in university heights a few months ago and I was bored and filled out a ballot while waiting to be seated and I gave one to my friend and he said the draw was expired but I did it anyway.

So dont get your hopes up people because that BEAMER is MINE!!! LOL

I received a message on my answering machine saying that she's calling me in regards to an interview form or a second round of an interview. She had an accent so it was hard to hear. The number was 1-800-728-1695 Ex. 8323. And I'm supposed to quote a Ballot number.

Total scam!

I was entered in the finals for the BWM (sorry gullable guy!) and they wanted to book and appt.

I called them back as a courtesy call and said thanks but no thanks and take me off their list

i called back the number that showed up on my call display and told them to take me off there list giving them the both the phone and extention number that was left on my voice mail. the girl was apoligetic and assured me that she will take care of it. let's see what happens.

Got this call today about the phoney BMW draw. Glad I saw this page before I called back.

I just got a call from them too.  Where the hell did they get my unlisted/private phone number and my name?  I have never entered any "draws" for a car.  Anyone in for a class action lawsuit?
