wow, i realized after 5 months that i was being charged. first, i saw the charge and thought "phew, caught it just 4 days after it happened!" then just in case, i checked back and saw i was charged in august. then again in july, then again in june, and then in may. well, i called visa and they told me to phone them and ask for a refund, and they suggested that i send an official email asking for a refund and cancelling my subscription, just in case there is a dispute.

I don't even know what this is or how they started charging my account.  But it was not authorized.

Thanks for your info. I did exactly what you have told...they promised to send me a refund form for the amounts that they charged on my CC.

They've been charging me 12$ a month for last five years. I spoke with someone who old me they would refund last 4 payments over phone and then send an affidavit for the remaining amount (600+$). Will wait to see. If they refund the $48 dollars before I send in the affidavit. I hate to provide more info to this company that has already charged me for services I did not authorize. Feel stupid by knowingly supplying them with more of my personal info.

Has anyone else actually received the money that was taken? Or is this part two of their scheme??

Oh and btw. They said I signed up through FTD FLOWERS website.

The same exact thing happened to me!!! I just called today and spoke with someone. He also told me that the last 4 charges will be refunded. I just received the form I'm supposed to fill out to receive the full refund for the past 5 years!

Same here.  Got charged on my VISA and I have no idea where that comes from. Also I live in Canada, the reservations does not apply.  SCAMMMM

I just notice a deduction of $14 in my credit card statement and tried to call that number it direct me to call a tool short number to charge me even more i can not catch those thieves and i do not know how those left like this to scam people in Canada
I will go with this matter to a higher level
It is not the amount it is the concept of scamming people we should do something not only get this [***] amount of money back

same thing with me also, almost every month that i notice for this $12.00 charges..and there is no name/company from where u  purchase. thank you for your comment its very helpful.
