Let me tell you about Diamond Enterprises!!!  We got the mysterious card and did nothing with it. Then we got two phone calls from this piece of s**t company-neither of which we answered. The next time i checked my debit card balance it was 80.00 less than the last time. come to find out Diamond Enterprises charged video's to our card. This was a brand new card and had only been used 3 times at reputable establishments. When calling the company to see how they got my credit card info the rude cow only hung up on me repeatedly until they quit answering the phones all together. Now I am chasing my money around and getting no help from any source. I'm sure how they stole my credit card info but something must be done!!!

Thanks guys and gals for your feed back. I have never Googled a phone number before, but I just had a funny feeling about this, and I am sure glad that I took the time to look this number up before I called... People these days just disapoint me so much, and it seems to get worse everyday. If these people/crooks/scammers or what ever they are would spend all this "energy" on positive things we would have reasonble gas prices, a balanced budget and probably peace in the Middle East... Thanks for the heads up!!!

I also bought from Adam & Eve a couple of weeks ago, and now I get this yellow postcard in the mail with this number. Did other people order from Adam & Eve too? I would like to know if this company is selling our information!

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STATE'S AG OFFICE AS WELL AS THE CALIFORNIA ONE! I will be doing so tomorrow morning.  This is clearly a huge scam - just google diamond enterprises in stockton, CA.  It is nothing but bad news.  The 800 number provided on my letter doesn't match the one here, (1-800-576-6698) and the email is cs@diamondsubs.com, which is a fake url for subwoofers.  Whatever you do, don't send them any money!!!

They rent your address and name from other adult company. When you ask to speak with a supervisor what they'll do is give the phone to the person next to them(they never put a real supervisor on). You can cancel whenever you want just get really mad n they'll cancel your magazines. They'll try to make you pay a cancel fee don't do it. Tell them you're going to report them to BBB.

I used to work @ Diamond they are very nice employer. They do not scam anyone. They do let you know what you're going to receive and how much you're going to be charged. You just have to open your ears and listen. If you don't understand, tell them to repeat and they will. So if you do want to buy DVDs, call the number and I promise you well get what you pay for....

I had ordered recently from Adam and Eve as it appears most people here did also so that kinda narrows down how diamond vids got my info. If as ginger states it is such a great reputable company why does their website look like a 14 year old designed it? I honestly clicked around looking for some <blink> tags.

Add my name to the list of those who ordered from Adam & Eve and received the yellow postcard two weeks later.  Rather than call, I Googled the phone number to see what was up.  I had ordered from A&E before but this is the first time I received the postcard, so it seems to be a recent development.  The sale of mailing lists is a profitable endeavor for companies, so I can see why A&E might have done it.

I think diomand interprises is a piece of [***] company, i ordered a video fkom them and they kept adding viedos i didn't want before i had a chance to say i don't want them they hang up i try and call back i get an aouto voice system giving me options that don't help when i try to cancle my subscription they sent me vidios and mags. i didn't order and charge my card i did away with my card now they are sending me paper bills i try  to cancle they want answer phone now they cant charge my card they call me none stop i am calling distric of attorny to solve the matter and the BBB they cant charge you legaly when you try to cancle and they want let you when my distric of attorny finishes with them there policys will change or else

Ordered a subscription to Playboy and received a yellow card in the mail. I thought it was from Playboy verifying my age, so I called. I spoke to some girl who asked if I wanted to buy DVDs. I told her no and went off to some Army training for the summer. Came home to a $79.90 charge and 6 DVDs that I didn't authorize. I sent them back and never got refunded. Called them and they said there was nothing they could do. I would just like to thank this piece of sh*t company for taking my money. I really hope something happens to put this company out of business.

Ok well I got the same yellow card in the mail and it had my name on it with final attempt and all that good stuff. I called and some girl answered the phone and said i was a preferred customer and they were gonna send me a free XXX dvd. I was so shocked so I told her she was crazy in the head and hung up. Im sure they are gonna keep trying to call. But I never bought any adult stuff through the mail or put my name on any adult site so I dont understand where it came from. I think I'm gonna call again and tell the chick I will accept the dvd as long as shes in it! Haha, 2 can play their [***] game!

i had a missed call on my cell phone(1-908-731-6980),i called the number back a nice sounding operator named kimberly informed me i was a prefered customer and eligible for a free xxx dvd with the payment of $9.95 for shipping and handling.i declined and she was polite.no harm, no foul.if a person is so hard up for porn that theyed give theyre valuble personal information to a company that contacted them with a product they havent even seen to know what theyre getting,,then that person has lager problems to deal with than that and deserve what they get; to suffer the fate of the hand of theyre own increpulance!

i guess i've got the blues over this company ,can i stop payment for any further payments to this company and if so  how.thanks

Actually idiots that keep claiming their CC info was "stolen" the company records all calls with YOU confirming the purchase(s)..maybe you should listen up a little more and not hand your card to anyone huhhh? hahah

Bought a subscription to Playboy and got this card sent to me for some reason. Didn't call it, no big deal so far. Can't begrudge Hugh a little marketing, after all he's got all those Bunnies to support :)
