I have received numerous calls from this number but have not answered my phone. There is no voice mail message left. We have a Nissan but are very up-to-date with our outrageously high car payments of $478 per month. I could be driving a BMW for that much. I suspect that this is a scam. I don't ever answer my phone if an unfamiliar number appears on the caller ID. I have blocked this number.

This number continues to call at least 6 times s day. They wanted my social security number and I told the guy I do not give that over the phone. I asked if there was another verification process and he said no so I'm gonna bet this is a scam.

ya, i don't know where this jack leg is calling from, but he never says hello, it's only after the 3rd time i say hello that he finely says hello, he's calling me about my payment but the payment is made, YOU NISSAN [***]

These people claim to be with Nissan, yet they say they don't have access to the same information as the representatives working in the continental USA.  When you ask them a specific question they should have the answer to IF THEY REALLY WORK FOR NISSAN, they can never answer.  When I called Nissan to verify their identity...I always get the response I don't know.  DO NOT provide them personal information.  I suggest you hand up and call Nissan back at a different number.  Atleast you know you are speaking with someone really from Nissan.  Yes I own a Nissan.  No, I am not late nor have I ever been.

I had automatic payments set up from my account, they took all payments except last one (?) and put me to collection agency  with all kinds of late fees just because they said they do not take last payment from account. How would I know that! They said they posted on my account, web but at the same time they locked me out and deleted my account so could not log in or reset password; spend  lot time on phone  trying to set up new account. So if you receive call  see what it is all about because you may be like I was- not aware that they stop drafts from my account for last payment and  gave me to collection agency because of late payment.   Nissan financing is horrible, beware because you might not be aware these idiots can mess up your credit report!!!

Get five calls a day from this number on my cell phone.  Different people asking for "Accounts Payable Department", great someone is forwarding 800-777-6116 to my cell # as their accounts payable department.

Yep...they call me too. I bet they hacked into nissans files and got our info...maybe.

I have gotten 4 calls on my company office line from this number in since yesterday. I have not answered. No message left.

This caller calls daily at my job around 8:30 am or 9:00 am in the morning.

This is a scam. They are trying to get personal information, Social Security#, etc...by pretending to be Nissan. Was receiving 3-5 calls/day from this number, asked them to remove my #, and they still kept calling. Called another Nissan # that is actually legit, and they opened up a ticket to try to get these scammers in trouble.

FDCPA says they are allowed to call between your hours of 8AM to 9PM. If you can prove they are calling at those hours, you can sue them for damages for violation of federal law.
