I make my payments every month. Sometimes it doesn't go thru on the exact day I pay and they are up my ads again for another month saying I need to pay late fees. Which is b.s.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PPL ANY OF YOUR INFO! They spoof Nissans number to try to get your SS or CC number. I've never missed a payment but get this phone call every single month 5 days after my bill was due. If you're not sure hang up and call back actual Nissan to make sure your acct is up to date.

This is not BS. This is the number for Front End Collections for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation

Per the live chat with Nissan Finance: "The 1800-777-6116 is the Front End Collections Number for the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation."

I have received countless phone calls from this number asking for someone I have never heard of. Even though I tell them they have the wrong number, they keep calling. Sometimes three times a day. They claim that they are Nissan motor acceptance corporation so I contacted Nissan to try to get my number off their call list,  and they told me that they dont call their customers only to return calls. So I dont believe that this is Nissan. It's so frustrating.

I would be willing to bet that they do call you if you are behind on car payments.

This will relate to the 1-800-777-6116 number. For weeks, I have gotten calls on my cell from 1-833-221-1584. Rarely leave a message (and when they did it just said unprofessionally to "call them back" not even identifying themselves) and I don't answer calls from a number I don't know. They finally called me at work last week. There's caller ID at work, said it was Nissan Finance. I do lease a car through Nissan so naturally was worried but Nissan has always left me detailed messages. At work, I told them that I couldn't speak to them at the time, especially when they wanted *me* to confirm to *them* what the specifics of my car were to be "sure they were speaking to the right person". I contacted Nissan directly and asked them about the number. They said it was in not in any way tied to any of their departments and it was a bogus number in regards to them. They would never use a 3rd party to contact me.

Yesterday, they called me again but I was otherwise engaged and they actually left a message. Telling me to call them back at the 1-800-777-6116 number. I have already reported this number as spam and I am eagerly awaiting them to call again to tell them to buzz off.

Less than 2 weeks past due not including 1o days grace so 5 days past and calls 8x or more without leaving a message.  From what i see posted its Nissan.  I only have 3 payments left on loan.  REALLY!!!!  Are they really going to try to take care now.  I would hope not

Yes, they will and unfortunately for you they have the legal right to do so.

I don’t own a car and that means I don’t owe anything to them. Yet they will not stop calling me!!!

It is a scam number.
