- misselaineous replies to creditoraus rexThey don't need to leave a detailed message, but they could at least say who they are and leave a number to call back. No need to start calling at 8am and call 10x throughout the day. We had a 1 year deferred payment plan of $5200 that the payments of $300/month just started last month, which we didn't pay because we were waiting for our tax refund to come in. We just paid $4k towards it last week and they are still harassing us like this. There has to be a law??????
- LeesaThis is Sears Chase credit card. My bill was paid May 8th but they continued to call multiple times a day without leaving a message up until today, May 16. Called Sears, cancelled the credit card. Called Chase told them they were the reason I cancelled the card and while I won't be shopping at Sears anymore. Robocalls - hate them.
- Caller: Sears (Chase)
- Call type: Debt collector
- RoseHere's the thing, my MIL made a payment, with a check ( because that's how she does it) and it didn't get posted to her account AT ALL, never mind late. She'd kept her paper receipt and went into the store to clear it up. The collection agency route is a crappy way to do business. Collect interest on late payments like visa & MasterCard do and leave us the hell alone.
I'm $5 outstanding on my card, it's not worth my time for a trip to the bank and being woken up after a night shift to be reminded of my $5 outstanding...... Cancelling the card ASAP!!!!- Caller: Sears
- Call type: Debt collector
- Gromek replies to *?*?*?*Grammar and orthography weren't your strong points in school, were they?
- DJFL replies to McleodDo you think that everyone who lives in Canada "sounds" Canadian? Do you think that everyone who lives in The United States "sounds" American? There are people of ALL nationalities living in both of these countries.
- DJFL replies to get educatedThe word is whether, not "wither".
- DJFLIf this is a collection agency, I don't know why they're calling me. I pay my bills on time and don't owe anybody anything.
- DJFL replies to *?*?*?*You need to take a remedial English class and learn how to spell.
- Alyssa replies to EXASPERATEDWell what you should know is that you better not get my number and call it a million times I will beat somebody's [***]

there are other ways to make contact. - Edils2It issuers, but it's the Scotia bank who has the collection agency calling. I had an account with Sears for over 20 years and never had a problem even if I was a little late with my payment. Now that it Scotia they phone several times a day even at 8am. I spoke to,someone recently and explained how my husband had passed away suddenly and I was trying to get everything back to normal and would continue my payments in early March. Moshe said that was fine and supposedly put a do not call on my file. Well guess what, the next day I got a call. That did it I cancelled my credit card and ,y acct. with Sears. Also sent a letter to the CEOs of Sears and he answered me. Anyway just tell them to you know what off
