got called from this one too, so I called the Fed. the agent told me that these people route the calls thru computers all over the world, and it's impossible to trace them, tho some have been coming from africa. he also said that they're probably gathering money for terrorist organizations. never give them any info!

ok this guy did the same for me as all of you. but when hye qasked me for my phone number i asked why, (seeings that he already called it) He said "thats a stupid question.. are you mentally ill" which i took offense to because thats rude.. he called me a [***] beech, and my husband got on the phone and he told him that i am having marital relations with other people. He had my adress and name ect. which is creapy. PLUS HES STILL CALLING. IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFO PLEASE EMAIL ME AT AMBERLYNND00@YAHOO.COM THANKS.

well i'm a 17 year old wanting to be a photographer and my camara broke last month. and last night i got a callfrom A.J. Samuels from this # saying i won a digital camara and i only had to pay 1.95 for shipping and handling. i'm young i don't have much experience with telemarketers so i felt for it and after that i told my mom and she insisted it was a scam and after doing research i found out it is. so i might pretty much be screwwed!!!! so what i'm gonna do is cancel my bank account tomorrow morning. I'm so mad i can't believe my dumb [***] failed for it. But isn't against the law or something since i'm 17?

Hello all, I've received two calls from 1-800-888-7890. The guy sounded Indian. He was very nice, but insisted I give him my bank name and account number, when I refused he was very polite and seemed to feel bad for asking. He asked again and I said to him, "why don't you give me YOUR bank account number." Then he began laughing, we both laughed and he apologized for bothering me and said "have a nice day, Sir." The first call, I missed, so I called it back and like other's have mentioned the number goes no where. It just always sounds like the phone number is busy or off the hook or a recording comes on to let me know that the number cannot be completed as dialed.  He knew my first and last name and telephone number, but he didn't know where I lived and wanted my address. There has got to be something WE can do about this. I feel sorry for some people who get involved with these people both on our end and then some on there end because I'm sure some people get sucked into it needing money. That guy played dumb until I asked for his account number, but he was at least polite about ending the call.

We should get them on the line next time and string them along enough to get some info from them.
We'll find out where they're calling from, pitch in for the trip and all go there and pay them a visit.

Trying to scam us, took bank information, we hung up several times, they
called back using vulgar language. Was foreigners, sounded like from Iran
or something similar. Thank goodness, we understand that when you win something you DONT PAY anything, although persistant, we were not scammed and
do not want anyone else to be. Have made sheriffs report have a case number for our bank, etc. If you read this DO NOT be scammed by this number. Have also contacted our phone carrier to insure our phone account cannot be scammed.

A little odd that I am on the do not call list from my phone and no message left, but, I had returned the call, well 1st time, couldn't even understand the person. 2nd time got message that was unavailable at the time. Hmmm, sorta weird if you ask me. But, where do we all turn to resolve this problem.

i let them know that they have been reported to the internet, to the police, to my bank, and my cell phone provider, as well.  In turn, i was called a few
more discusting names, laughed at, then hung up on.

Awesome, I love messing with tellimarketers.  Now that I know who this number is that I keep missing, I will do my best to mess with them too.

I received 4-5 calls from these people a few months ago and now they are up to it again.  They actually think that us Americans are dumb enough to give out bank account and routing numbers!  Maybe in their Country people are that STUPID, but not here.

They have called my cell twice and I have tried to call them back and get the whole this number is not available in your area. They are getting on my ever loving nerves.

Someone from this number called my home number.  When I called back,"We are sorry but we have a problem with completing this number as dialed."  This is annoying. If they call again, I will forward to the proper authorities.

I got a call about 6AM from this number and didn't answer it.  Who does at that time of day when they don't recognize the caller!

this number is a spam....if you dont answer you can NOT be billed.If your in school, shut your damn phone off and learn instead. If out of school, dont set your phone down...thats where the billing starts (minutes tick away) if your mommy and daddy are paying the bill then of course dont worry about it. This is not a scam unless you play a role in the scam. Dont answer questions and dont think you will ever get the upper hand by dreaming up games to play on these pros! Just carry on your day as though these [***] never called, watch your anger and they will not afford another camel again.

Just got a call from this number but when I answered, they didnt pick up. Guess I got lucky lol. I plan on avoiding this number after reading all your responces.
