this number is a spam....if you dont answer you can NOT be billed.If your in school, shut your damn phone off and learn instead. If out of school, dont set your phone down...thats where the billing starts (minutes tick away) if your mommy and daddy are paying the bill then of course dont worry about it. This is not a scam unless you play a role in the scam. Dont answer questions and dont think you will ever get the upper hand by dreaming up games to play on these pros! Just carry on your day as though these [***] never called, watch your anger and they will not afford another camel again.

Just got a call from this number but when I answered, they didnt pick up. Guess I got lucky lol. I plan on avoiding this number after reading all your responces.

i got 4 phone call from a company called apex saing that i won a camera and a 3 day vacton. i said its okay i already have a cmera and i don't have time for a vation. they said no no you want this just give us your bank acct. numbers and you just pay 1.95 for shipping. i said no then he said give me your bank # i know you have a bank # give it to me i said no and hung up. the nest day they called again. i said the same thing and the were veary aggrasive with me on the phone. the next day the same thing , and the next day the same to i said look this is a scam and stop calling me he said no mam this is not a scam just pay the 1.95 and thats it i said i do not have a bank acct. he said yes you do we know you do so i said you know if it my camera than send it to but i don't have a bank acct. then last week i went to the bank with my boyfriend and her was missing 168.68 from his acct. we asked if we can finde out who took it out and the said yes to there was a check that was fake a fake check # and a no signatur from my boyfriend and my name whas onthe check and yet the bank gave the money electronicly from my boyfriends acct. the money was sent to desert comuntiy bank. but my question it who did they get my info and my boyfriends. the only thing that i can think of is that earthlink has my name on the acct. and his banking acct. ????? what do you think

They call at all hours and at least 5X daily. STOP!!!

They call my phone a couple of times a day. I don't answer, although I liked the  suggestion about pushing # a bunch of times in a row.

These people have called me 2 or 3 times this week. The first time I told them to take me off their list and hung up. This time when i answered I told the guy i had already asked to be taken off the list and he said "No, we will not take you off the list". I said take me off your list i dont want to talk to you f'ing telemarketers. He said he wasnt a telemarketer. I said bs you are trying to sell me something you are a telemarketer so take me off your f'ing list. He said i will not take you off the list. I said fine let me talk to your supervisor. He said you cant talk to my supervisor. I kept repeating let me talk to your supervisor for about 2 minutes none stop. He said he was the manager of the company. I said bs you are a little peon and managers dont do the calling let me talk to your supervisor. He said no. I said English. He said i am the manager. I said English...English? He said where are you from. I said im a f'ing American born and raised where are you from. He said i am your neighbor....i see you every day..dont you see me. I said f no. He said you are not American you sound Jamaican or South African (i have a southern accent). I laughed and said no, American...you speaka de English? He laughed and said hold please for the manager. Then he pressed a button held the phone in his hand and then said this is the manager. So i hung up. I was kinda pissed till i googled the number and this site came up. Maybe ill have some fun with these mofos. They sound real classy and professional. lol

I just received a phone call from this number and decided to look it up on the internet.  This site came up.  I hope I never hear back from them.

I have received a call twice from this number and they hang up on me both times!! Who is it???

Have received several calls from this number, but when I answer it, the other line just hangs up.  I'm about to call the police and ask them what I should do about the call--anybody else got any ideas?

I have recieved a call from this number once yesterday and a Indian person answered with a loud TV in the background and three times today with no one on the other line. I tried calling back and couldn't not get through to anyone.

Call went from don't call this number to profane insults by them. Ended up hanging up and going to FCC website at fcc.gov and filing a complaint online. I would suggest that all who get this call file a complaint with the fcc with their online 1088 form; it is quick and simple to do.

This number has called me three times today, and everytime I pick up...they hang up.  Thank god Ive researched this....Im having my husband pick up my cell next time and see what happens..

I have had this number call my cell phone 3 times all while i was at work... i tried to call back to see what it was about and i was told this number could not be reached... then when i got home they called again and i answered they said they were from apex and that i had won a free digital camera and before he could finish i told him to take me off the list and i hung up...

they wanted to send me a camera and a free trip (too good ta be true) asked for my info asked for my bank number not my credit card (thats a first) when i tried to ask for c.o.d or a check he said i had to give him my bank acccount. when i declined he said "what you think? what you thinking?"(he was obviously indian ohh maybe a terrorist ohhh spooky huh)so i said have a good night and hung up.

I keep getting the calls also I keep telling them i will mail them the money if they would just give me a address but they just cuse me and hang up

As I mentioned to the sprint support manager we can not do anything YET about the telemarketers that can reroute auto dialer caller id numbers and randomly auto dial thousands of numbers. These dialers end up by "chance consecutive calling", connecting to our phones without solicitation leaving many to wonder how in the H**** did they get my number?

As these auto dialers are constantly being re-routed and in effect changing the dialed from caller ID numbers and if they are blocked or our phone numbers changed the auto dialers will run consecutively dial numbers from a starting point and likely some will get through in the future. My best policy for myself and the majority of others I believe is to ignore all incoming calls that are not recognized.

Another tip that will apply to many cell phones and certainly all pda's is to add the offensive number to your phone book/contact list and add a contact name for reference (Telemarketers/Scammers/[***]/Third world Rip Off's, then set a custom ring tone for this contact, you got it... I use Ringer_Mute on my Blackberry which came pre-installed. If your phone does not have a Mute ringer option, one can be built very easily or alternatively I did a quick Google search for "mute ringtone" and found this .mid version available. (I have no affiliation with the web site I found this link at - use at your own discretion)

No it does not block the offensive number, however it now only notifies me via a message on the screen which is a whole lot less annoying than having the Ringer go off just to let you know that you have another one of those ******** Foreign - $ Scammers calls on your phone again.

When new numbers come in I add them to this list as an additional work/home number, so basically they only "Ring" me once.

My son is getting calls 3 times a day from this #...He never answers it, but then they called at 9 PM on a weeknight, I answered it and they hung up w/out saying anything.

Tell the guy that you are from Canada or Mexico, (somewhere outside the US) i just did that and they dont know what to say... since they think they are selling to someone in the US
